As example you can look up cell phone radiation and they have studies demonstrating how it causes cancer, like " cell phone radiation Nih". You can look up how honey bee stings are good for our immune system. "Honey bee stings nih". I suggest trying it and see how your google filters change by adding nih to the end. Maybe look into carnivorous diets on nih and see what you can find. Im sure you can look within the nih and see how soy is not good for human consumption. Another example is they have publications showing higher cholesterol being healthier than the mainstream belief. As i was saying read between the lines, pretend all these articles are trying to lie to you, look up public reviews, see peoples anecdotal stories, see how people change their own lives, that's where the truth lies, and then make it true for you. Their publications are a bit more authentic and true, filtering out the propaganda, and giving you a bit more of a straight forward understanding. I will warn, the information is complex, and not always easy. I do also suggest skimming to the conclusions often times within these publications as they many times offer a simplified answer. But most of the study and test results you'll find is complicated information and will require studying.
I was keto for a long time and loved it. Felt great 👍 however my sleep and workout performance weren't the best after a while. I decided to cycle keto/carnivore and do 6 months on and 6 months of high fat animal based augmented with low FODMAP easy digesting carb sources (Potatoes, white rice, certain fruits), and it works great. No matter the eating style, high fat animal nutrients are a must 👌 keep killin it SBG.
May I ask why you did not carb cycle for like 2 days out of the week and do carnivore for the rest of the 5 days? Why the 6 months separation between the two?
@@lavanniarajalingam50 Great question. I actually used to do weekly cyclical keto with Mon - Fri being keto and Sat - Sun eating carbs and I found it inefficient. The reason being that you lose out on both sides of the coin. It takes my body about 2 - 3 days to get back into ketosis and burn through the glucose and glycogen in my body after a couple days of higher carbs, so in the end, I end up spending more time than I want to be, transitioning back into ketosis, just to break it again after a couple of days. I have found the most benefits of both styles of eating to be longer durations. Some time of being in ketosis, followed by some time of selective carb intake. I have also tried every 2nd weekend of a 2 week period, having a "refeed" or reset weekend as well, which also works pretty well. It's just that in my experience, switching back and forth so rapidly in a shorter time frame, only resulted in metaphorical metabolic whiplash.
When I first went keto, I lost a ton of weight and for the first time I actually got healthy. But I plateaued for fat loss and wasn't in shape still. Then I found out that I was eating too much fat (which I was burning eating butter and meat the way you are), but didn't lose any more weight because my body was burning only the incoming fat fuel. I also was not fasting at all, eating 3 meals daily. Then I started fasting 33 hours twice a week, and doing intermittent fasting 2 days, and allowing three days of eating moderate carbs (nothing crazy) and I actually lost the rest of the weight, and am in the best shape of my life.
@@nailahdawkinsit's really not bad at all if you're carnivore. no weakness, shakiness, headaches, etc. as long as you ate enough at your last meal before starting, unlike carb eaters who will get massive blood sugar swings that can make them feel ill on top of their bodies reacting to being forced into ketosis. as a carnivore, you just get little waves of hunger but if you ignore them they go away. also, exercise feels amazing while fasted, much better than when eating. i do OMAD every day and go for runs 20-24hrs fasted. i also do 48hr fasts once a month, currently building up for 72hr fasts once every three months. it can be difficult at first because the body will secrete hunger hormones at your regular mealtimes, but it gets easier the more you do it, and it feels better and better too! i used fasting to get rid of some lingering digestive problems after 1yr+ on carnivore ❤

That because weight loss is unhealthy. When your body has to consume itself it's OBBIOUSLY unhealthy, because if nothing would change you would die by starvation eventually.

While this comment thread is pretty funny. The carnivore diet really helps with a ton of health problems. Skin being one of them. Though you need to do it I'm moderation
😂 it’s not like a random craving that develops just because you’re on the carnivore diet…it’s a conscious choice many make because it allows them to up their fat intake easily without adding more protein. Some people’s health conditions require high fat to low protein ratio. So eating butter helps keep the protein low, while increasing the fat
Some people have the craving to eat it straight, but others just do it for the benefits. I’ve been on this carnivore diet for a month now, and I don’t crave butter. But I do add it to everything just for the benefits and because my body requires high fat right now
I usually aim for a 1 to 1 fat to protein ratio and to be honest, I have never wanted to just eat a stick of butter either, I always eat it on top of meat or in coffee or for cooking.

I feel a lot more energetic and my cognitive ability seems the best it’s ever been in my life. I’m not hungry anymore. I started letting my hard boiled eggs soak in pickle juice. I found eating normal hard boiled eggs hard to eat because they were so dry. I had blood work done back in December and in April. My glucose and cholesterol are lower. Both of those were on the high side. My testosterone was low. I want to get that tested again to see where I’m at now. I noticed I don’t have an imbedded ring around my calf from My socks anymore. But I thought I would get sick of eating the same thing. But actually switching up the spices makes it taste like I’m eating something new ever day. I’m not actually getting sick of meat. It’s weird but I do crave it. Like I can’t wait to get off work and cook a steak. But I’m doing good so far. Oh and sometimes I don’t use olive oil. I’ll just cut the fat up and use it to cook in. If it’s cook it right sometimes the fat is the best thing to eat. It’s so good.

Yeah, your skin is pretty much made of saturated fat, so your body needs to receive saturated fats from foods (meat, bone marrow, tallow, butter, ghee) in order to maintain it. Saturated fat is also essential for the production of hormones in both men and women. Cholesterol plays a massive role in hormone production as well. Men who eat less healthy foods high in cholesterol (meat and eggs) have lower testosterone than men who regularly eat high cholesterol foods like meat and eggs.

I started about two months ago and I also include dairy in my diet. I try to do only low lactose cheeses like Parmesan, cheddar, cream cheese and I believe mozarella is one as well. I do sour cream as a condiment and use heavy cream when I want to make cheese sauce. I also have butter and sometimes good quality milk or yogurt, Try to think of dairy as a condiment or dessert, so you don't over eat it. Many people are sensitive to it and it can potentially hinder weight loss goals.

As i said, adding nih is just a source, a government source being nih is government.
That seems like *absolute* torture not eating for 33 hours.
@@Audifan8595i gotta chill rn and refuel on some carbs. I been doing omad/ keto. For about 100 ish days. My bodyfat has gotten dangerously low and I been noticing weakness in working out. Ima cycle some carbs like berrys and honey to build muscle. Go back when I took the bulk too far.
You lost the rest of your weight? You went to zero lbs?
That because weight loss is unhealthy. When your body has to consume itself it's OBBIOUSLY unhealthy, because if nothing would change you would die by starvation eventually.

Labor job and not feel like dying
Why
@@mihailwarsavski8849 The diet minimalizes inflammation in your body. While I was doing the diet, I felt energy levels that I haven't had since being 14 years old.
I've got a manual labor job working on a berry farm and for me lowering the carbs tends to just absolutely destroy my energy levels. Sometimes I might be shovelling or using a brushcutter for 6-7 hours. I've heard many say it takes 4-6+ weeks to become truly fat adapted, I ain't got that kinda time to take off work to be faint and shaky.
@@carl8568you can very likely skip the weak and shaky part by making sure you eat PLENTY of fatty beef in the beginning and take electrolytes. but as a precaution, start on a thursday (or whatever day of the week is thursday on your work schedule) and then if you do feel any ill effects from going into ketosis, you'll get through most or all of it over the weekend.
but personally, as a woman in my 20s who spent a decade debilitated by autoimmune issues and had just developed diabetes, going into ketosis surprisingly did not cause me any problems. i was so used to blood sugar crashes that would cause shakiness and faintness from not eating carbs that i expected the transition to be hell, but it wasn't. i just had keto breath for about a week while my body adjusted, and then i felt better than i'd ever felt before 😊 you got this!

Carbs aren’t bad for you? Just eat a balanced diet unless you have hyper specific dietary needs
God if I ate like that my digestive system would shut down. Whatever works for you I guess.
3 whole eggs , 3 egg white eggs, bacon, 12oz 1 half inch Ribeye steak, 1oz ground beef and water.
Did you ever get your kidney levels checked?
Bacon and eggs
2 TBL of virgin coconut oil
1 cup of coffee with heavy creme (no sugar)
Going for my keto butter cake and that will be yum yum
depends on if you hit the gym
No gym necessary
Ok. I used to crave a keto cheeseburger chowder my hubby makes. I’d literally salivate as it was in the slow cooker. He made it last night and all I could smell were the pesticides. I have developed Spidey-Smell since going carnivore 2 months ago and am SHOCKED at how much of what used to smell good now smells ghastly!😮😮😮
Imagine what our kids went through when we forced them to eat stuff that actually gave them tummy aches.
Praise Jesus our lord and savior! ❤️
Yours not mine!!
Amen!!!!
Ok
@@pedarsagg Who is your savior? Mr. Microsoft Gates? Do you worship Steve Jobs? Do you attend the temple of occultic mainstream music? They won't save you.

1-2 cups of homemade bone broth everyday, well, except for today... I left the room and my dog lapped it up.🤷♀️😆
I am on carnivore diet too but what butter has to do with carnivore diet? It's PROCESSED and it has trans fat. Healthy high fat in diet means natural meat or dairy fat not processed things. Also fats from nuts/vegetables are beneficial too, this is what primal diet is.
Esattamente lo stesso!!😍
Greetings from Italy💚🤍♥️
Yummy! I had ribeye and a stick of butter 🤩 how did you do those eggs they look perfect
Steak and butter! I love it!! 😍 Boiled the eggs for 7 minutes and finished with an ice bath.

@ eating a block of butter isn’t healthy idc what diet you’re on
How do you make such a perfect soft boiled eggs please?!?👍🏻
I had fish “ Vivaneau” cooked in Butter with some creole seasoning. And a bottle of regular Perrier then call it a day. Vivaneau aka red snapper
Where do you get your vitamin c and fibre from?
Fiber is unnecessary.
Vitamin C is in meat.
@@DebraRN1195”Fiber is unnecessary” 🤣🤣 I’ll say a prayer for your asshole
Not enough vitamin C in meat/organs, if there was then scurvy wouldn’t exist.
half a pound of 80/20 hamburger cooked with butter - a little onion and a little bit of red bell pepper, served on a zero carb tortilla browned up in the fat - cheese and sour cream - a wee bit of green salsa.
How do you not feel the feeling of vomiting?(no hate)
That heart is working overtime shifts 😂😂😂
I am on week 3 carnivore. I ate 1 pound of hamburger, 4 eggs, 2 thick slices of cheese from Ireland, at least 1/3 stick of Ireland butter. Slowly building up butter intake. All good. Will let u know how my 30 days achievement goes!!💞🧜♀️💞
How often do you eat in a day? And do you eat butter
@@ritahernandez3257 I eat once a day. I have recently added butter, about half a stick a day.
Heart disease 😂😂😂
3lbs ribeye
2.5lb salmon
8 soft eggs
12oz watermelon (because this fruit is the hardest for me to quit)
3 cups of chicken stock
That steak looks delicious! The butter too lol
The most realistic diet for longevity backed by years of scientific research. The carnivore diet.
Yea right lol
Believe me I thought the same thing. 30 + days on carnivore diet
Wish I could afford steaks. It’s so expensive here now
You can get some cheaper cuts, also if you were on a carnivore diet, only buying meat, butter and eggs then you wouldn't spend extra money on snacks, spices and veggies and eating out so it probably wouldn't be too bad.
@@Brendanvideos it was costing me $80 every 4 days to eat 2 lbs of ground beef. 6 eggs and 1 tbsp of butter. I’ve cut out eggs to help with the cost
@@kmasick1 that’s not a bad amount each week for all your food. I know some people who spent that much on Cigarettes each week!!
@@jdmosaicsagreed they buy cigarettes are more expensive
Highly recommend chuckeye
…’and also’ along with that, ‘drink’ warm-hot real Beef Bone Broth (‘boiled’ beef bones 🦴 in water with the marrow) with a little bit of (Redmond Real) Salt added.
Butter, steak and eggs every day? Arent you worried about your cholesterol level and your arteries?
This diet cleans your arteries and you need cholesterol to produce testosterone. You should be worried if you don't eat that stuff.
@@tonytimede no way. Cholesterol clogs arteries.
@@Africa-d8w hahaha
People, don't eat sticks of butter! Eat the meat, butter for cooking.
I thought I was only one who loved the taste of uncooked butter. I been eating it as snack like this for 40 years.
So do you do that when you're hungry or with a meal?
@Rita Hernandez sometimes as just a snack. Take a tablespoon grab tablespoon or 2 and eat like ice cream. Farm butter even more 😊
There are some other ways of getting butter in, blended into coffee or melted onto your blood eggs.
