Babaji is talking about various forms of Ram. There’s the Rama/Ram the character from Ramayana, there’s Parasuram (who aggressively killed evil warriors), there’s Aachana Rama or the one who protects your body when Rama’s name is invoked and then there’s the ultimate Rama or the one who is one with your soul or Atman.
My interpretation, I believe he is hinting at the three forms of “actions”/yoga - action through selfless practices (first two rama), action through selfless devotion (3rd one) and finally action through knowledge (4th one). Self discovery and the experience of oneness is a form of Jnana Yoga or action through knowledge. To start that journey of Jnana Yoga one needs to shed their sense that one’s body and soul is distinct from the world around us.

@@kittenpuff5981 christianity and hinduism is not compareble. Two are fundamentally different religions and it feels innacurate to classify both of them under one umbrella of religion. They are that different.
But vaguely speaking christians believe that there is only one god who created the world and jesus is son of god and messenger. Believe in christ and you will be saved (go to heaven). Bible is the holy book that all christians follow.
Hinduism is not a coherent religion like islam or christianity but like one big family of philosophies and ideas that share the common believes of karma and reincarnation. You can be athiestic, monotheistic and polythiestic while still remaining hindu.

@@pinklasagna8328 In Orthodox Christianity it is not as simple as 'believe in Christ and you will be saved'. Instead, believe in Christ as the second person of the One Triune God, become a part of his Body/Church and participate in the energies of God (the Uncreated Light) through the sacraments, fasting, and bearing the cross to be slowly deified and become more like Christ, so that you will be filled with the well-being of the Uncreated Light and live eternally with God.
Also, Jesus is the Son of God, the Word, The Logos, the meta-pattern that existed before space and time Who maintains and establishes the Order of all creation, Who incarnated as a human - thus deifying the human nature - revealed Himself to us and taught us, was crucified and descended into Hades where he preached the Word and broke the chains of death that were binding the souls within it, and would have bound our souls in this fallen world. He also established a Church that has taught and safeguarded His teachings and tradition for the past 2023 years.
And yes we do not believe in reincarnation. We believe in eternal life when merged with the source of all life. This life we have now is the chance we have to achieve theosis (union with God) not through our own created power, but by the power of the uncreated Grace of God.
      God bless.

Simply put: ego is the false self, and the soul is our true self.
The soul lives in the here and the now (which the ego seeks to escape from)
Our soul is the observer inside of us.
This journey is about remembering that we're infinite spiritual beings having a human experience.
    We're here to learn :)
And one of the lessons is definitely the art of non attachment. ❤

Having these conversations about ego and ego death is a dynamic interaction. What I mean is your ego just might dissolve from you through speaking with a God realized guru as your friend. Mine dissolved from me after many years of meditation. Once that happens and you see the truth behind the ego Vail you are compelled to go deeper into truth. You cannot unsee what you saw, nor can you ever look at the physical vessel as the true "you" again. It will change you from the deepest level you never even realized existed. God's love upon you

Yes! The physical reality is a cause and effect, everything happens for a reason. I have made to realize that this world is a constant change and ego wants to be absolute in itself in the process of change. The ego tries to run against the flow of Universe. After death, there is no body , so this is not me in any way. A better way to look at this is to think from a third person perspective towards your own being with a victim mentality. Don't worry, the society is also a victim of many compulsions.

The process of punishment is only for our identification to reduce . Even though, we've experienced ego death, only our conscious perception has altered. There is a lot of egoistic unreal perceptions in our subconscious which come up when we are unconscious. For example: Our dreams in sleep are the astral plane which projects our unreal perception and deep fears . I suggest you the Autobiography of a Yogi book which explains the working of the consciousness. It's the best book ever . And, you'll definitely feel the divine presence of some great yogis in it. Not only with death does the Ego collapse, you see, in life the ego collapses little by little doing seva and pujas as Baba says, but the most powerful way to tame the Ego is by modifying the breath to the rhythm of Kriya
when changing the breath, karma disappears and when Karma disappears, the Ego runs out of fuel..... Every being of light will feel in their element with Kriya, because that is what it was designed for, that is why it is urgent to take control of our breathing... bad emotions also good ones, each one has its respiratory rhythm, anger is shortness of breath, in sadness one sobs and cries, fear leaves you frozen without being able to breathe, the love of a couple is breathed with sighs, when you mentally concentrate on your tasks your breathing She feels attentive and relaxed in what you do, so emotions have their breathing rhythm. we have 2 tipes of rhythm, rhythms in our DNA to lower the vibration, and we have rhythms to connect with divinity.
That rhythm that connects with divinity, the Maha Avatar Babaji develops it and names it Kriya the most porwerfull breathyng ever developed to rescue the ability of our DNA TO CONECT with the real creator of this universe . una disculpa por que mi ingles no es el mejor , hermano Dakota tu eres un ser de Luz y tus bellas amistades también ese es el motivo por el cual les comparto de Co-Razón , pronto llevaré a cabo iniciaciónes en Tepoztlan México están todos invitados . saludos desde ciudad de México.

Through dissolution there is definitely less of constant nagging in the background, but it comes back up from time to time mostly through interactions that challenges the ego family members but these days I can see that the intensity has somewhat lessened because there’s no firm foothold that it can latch to I’ve arrived at this point after a few years of dark knight of the soul phase which still lingers but I’m seeing more of that luminosity of life instead of total darkness. The person now occupies maybe 30% even that is illusory some days especially when I’m alone there’s ringing in my hearing with absence of a single thought I just observe in total silence and the world and its many distractions almost disappear even when I can actually still see through my vision there’s this deep knowing that the outer world is illusory until I’m called to action even then these days there’s just less of attachment I still sometimes participate but participate with less attachment there’s more emptiness it’s a very neutral space. The ego knows that this is what death is and maybe has accepted its fate.

Ego is what you think you are,Fat ,thin, handsome ,ugly ,rich ,and anything which makes Identity.
    Ego is called Ahankar(Bhagwath Geeta)
Basically there are three types of bodies.
1 .The outer body physical body which we can see ,touch.
2.Minute body (Suksham sareer)It consists of Mind ,Heart and Ego.
(These three layers covers the third body)
3.The Spiritual body(Adhyatmik sareer) that is soul ,the God himself.
The main motive is to remove the 2 layers to meet the 3rd body which is our real Identity.
All these can be done by Bhakti that is by chanting nonstop Shiva,Krishna,Ram,Maa God name.

If you truly leave it nature, she nudges you through circumstances for yourself to realise the life. Why realisation is needed? You can craft a story for society to look up on you and know the life for what it is. Whole ramayan is that. But if you consistently fight with nature to prove yourself that you are something, debt collection at the end is a very painful process only to go through the loop for realisation.

Seperating oneself from any kinda image that surrenders u to urself.and when u perform a function without expecting results, there ll be less pressure, infact u can achieve anything more work , relationships anything. U can live so freely. U ll just be a observer and sometimes noteven observer complete bliss

Ego is an IDEA, a THOUGHT, not an ENTITY in the world but rather an ACTIVITY performed by attachment to said idea and thought. You can't kill that which was never born. All we do, is turn our focus from the fleeting and variable OBJECTS in our experience to that which NEVER a changed, the SUBJECT of ALL experience..........YOU.

Interesting, but here is my take, as long as you are here on earth, as much time as you have, would you not try and accomplish everything you can before the nothingness? why give up opportunity of richness or 'having the most successful business in this world' just because I don't want my 'ego' to take over? isn't this what life is for? To experience and obtain everything you can with still the present mind of love and respect to all those around.

Roberts Svoboda book Ahgora is a good reference point to sort of understand this fierce cult of yogis . Quite sensational when you see them higher in the Himalayas walking semi clad and asking nothing from no one .

an interesting path he's chosen. and still I wonder, why did god create the ego, if its only there to overcome. for a while I even asked myself, is god a sadist playing a cruel game?
but i've overcome that, i was answered no to that question. i'm aware of the oneness and learning to not take life too seriously and also seeing life as a whole spiritually, no matter if one dives into spiritual topics or not, the greatest atheist is spiritual in its own way^^
