Moses and the Shepherd is a story from the 13th-century Sufi work Masnavi, by the Persian poet Rumi. The story tells how Moses one day happens to overhear an ignorant shepherd praying to God. The shepherd promises to wash God's clothes, to bring God milk to drink, to comb God's hair and kill his lice, and other such actions as one might do for a beloved friend. Moses rebukes the shepherd for attributing human characteristics to God, and also for speaking to God in such a familiar manner. The shepherd abjectly apologizes and rends his garment in contrition. But God Himself immediately rebukes Moses for discouraging the faithful shepherd. All prayers are valuable, says God; everyone worships in his own way; and God is not offended by familiarity nor ignorance. Moreover, says God, while the shepherd may have a wrongheaded conception of God, it's quite prideful of Moses to believe that Moses' own conception is any closer to God's actual transcendent nature. Therefore, says God, let everyone pray in their own way. Moses, chastened, finds the shepherd again and apologizes to him.
We around 8000 people chanted OM in one of the spiritual session in Bangalore. That experience and vibrations that we felt was out of the world..many people said their emotional trauma, stress got released..end of chanting many werenin tears of happiness..
Being a student of Ayurveda (BAMS) i can tell you my friends , we should start reading our ancient scriptures , Vedas , without any translation. please learn Sanskrit and don't just read , you need to analyse it . It will improve you in each and every aspect of your life ! ॐ धन्वंतराये नमः॥ 🙏🏼

I am not hindu nor buddhist practitioner, but a christian. I am open to listen to all forms of religion. I believe we all have one God to worship and so, this content is really refreshing to me and I do listen to OM chants all the time. Specially when I am stressed out, blurting out OM makes me feel better.

I had a near death experience, and the Light showed me the beginning of time. There was nothing. We were all there as one. Then I heard Aum, then everything started to vibrate, and the when shot out as little sparks of light and began to form the universe.

(I am from the US) First Gen Mex-American raised catholic, but open to all religions & beliefs with compassion & acceptance! We are one! 🌎 So, it started early morning while on the Sea of Galilee, everyone was singing & dancing on the boat & I just felt horrible I couldn’t join them. I was feeling nauseous & a nice lady from our group gave me some seltzer to ease the nausea but nope. That’s when it all started, I was vomiting & had the runs all day & couldn’t keep any liquids, let alone any solids down. I felt terrible that my friends & fam had to alternate staying behind with me, & couldn’t enjoy the beautiful landscapes & rich history we were upon. About 8 hrs later of purging, I was in really bad shape y’all. Stomach & head burning, felt like i was going to spontaneously combust, cold sweats. I was pale, weak, mind was dizzy, & ready to die. (We were hours away from any hospital btw) My parents, priest, & some friends stayed behind with me on the back of the bus. They were praying all around me to the Holy Spirit, whilst everyone else in the group was enjoying a delicious Seafood lunch. Which the thought of, made me feel even worse. I then started to lose sense of time, I prayed, then my body, I prayed, my mind was accepting the end. Everyone’s prayers turned into vibrations (OM) as I started to see/feel the bright white light engulfing everything that is, has been, & will be. In this very moment I realized was a test. “It’s not your time my child” god spoke, & a lighting bolt of pure light & love shot through my heart & body, almost as if I got stabbed with an Intracardiac injection (like in the movie Pulp Fiction). I instantly felt my soul turn to matter, once again my sense of self came back to awareness. Everyone’s face was perplexed to say the least. For they all thought I was a goner. Tears of pure bliss overwhelmed us all! (I have never felt so alive & connected with everything) Moments later, I get up to drink a seltzer water with lime, & was able to keep it down with no discomfort, as well as a light meal when we got back to our hotel hours later. Funny thing is, I completely asked for it. this was just day 2 of a 2 week trip, How? The day prior (1st day of trip) we visited the town of Magdala. Inside a modern synagogue, was this one of many beautiful mosaic murals. It was depicting Jesus healing a sick, dying little girl, while her parents were around her. Idk why I was so magnetized to this piece, but I was analyzing it for about 30min, until we had to leave back to our hotel. I prayed to god prior to going out the sea of G. I prayed for a profound personal experience, restore my faith, & bring our family closer together. Ah, I just can’t help but to smile, coincidence? Nah, god does work in mysterious ways eh? One love! in our hindu tradition we have to wake up early in the morning and take bath by chanting mantra at least 3 times. my grandfather age is 87 years he always chanting om as well as others mantra by waking up at 4 am . he also reads sanskrit book every day. he knows 8 planets name and distance between earth and sun by studying hindu script.
This was indeed a very refreshing content. I somehow happen to have felt the connection with AUM since my early teens. Whatever divine I perceived I used to call it AUM unconsciously. AUM is an all encompassing, universal sound of the entire creation. In fact what I feel is that the whole creation itself is conceived and emanates from the sound AUM. The creator and the creation both get submerged into that one sound. It brings you to a stateless state where one is free from the conscious mind and the material body.

I heard Aum in a dream 3 months before my partner died. Everywhere was dark but I was not frightened - as a child I was scared of the dark. I saw a tiny light and heard a slight sound when I looked hard. Within seconds the sound Aum was everywhere and the Sanskrit word Aum was hanging before me shimmering in gold and vibrating....AUM!
It was the Divinity, the Holy Father Mother of all things. Christians call it "God" and Muslims call it "Allah". It is the Eternal Progenitor, the Holy Parent. The One.

Awesome video! Very well done and enlightening! Now I have an experience to share… A few years ago, I attended a 30 day silent meditation retreat, I’ve been many times but this time, on day 21, I started to hear what I describe as an angelic choir singing different tones of AUM. At one point, this sound became so loud that I thought it was going to blow my ear drums out! From the time I first started to hear this beautiful sounding AUM, it never stopped, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep. Once the silent meditation retreat was over and I left, returning to the city, the sound rapidly diminished and was completely gone within two days. I’m not sure exactly what I heard or how or why I was allowed to hear such a beautiful angelic sounding AUM but I will never forget it! If anyone would like to chime in on what this experience was or why I was permitted to hear it, I’d love to hear from you! Thanks!
Wonderful story. I have similar one : many years ago I attended hatha-yoga class. One hour and several different asanas. In end of one hour asanas instructor said : now we will practice mantra. And people started mantra recitation. In moment my conciousness almost exploded with perceived impression of angelic beauty of sound which I never heard in my life !!! This perception of angelic beauty sound of mantra lasted may be one minute. Total ecstasy!. Later I did learn that this mystic mantra was buddhist : om mani peme hung!:).

After 3 days suddently and unexpectedly sort of overhelming ocean of love flooded my awareness. Never before I experienced such ocean of love toward all beings !:) .Also lasted ca 1 minute giving living proof that Absolut exist inside ourselves !:) All best.
All that is heard and all that is seen in whatever form, gross or subtle is Brahman. AUM is Brahman. All differences whatever are illusory, all is Brahman only. You are Brahman. I agree,and it's so good to see so many people who recognize the good fortune of their Indian heritage. I'm in the USA,of European heritage,and studied Comparative Religion for many decades. You always hear the phrase "The Holy Land",but I refer to India as "The other Holy Land". As important as Freedom of Religion is to me,I see that India has been practicing it much longer,not without struggle sometimes,and has so many lessons for us. So many spiritual traditions from there to learn from. Also,I consider myself Buddhist.🕯️❤️🇮🇳

When in meditation with your eyes open or closed, if you hum mantra yu.mmmm..yu..mmmm.. as if feeling the most ecstatic feeling through all that is sensed, outwardly or inwardly, then you will be practicing what AUM really feels like, when your seperate sense of self gives way to the absolute ecstatic bliss of transcendent liberation 🌞💖👁️

Not only does it remind me a hundred times a day of the mantras, but when others see it and ask about it in true wonderment, it gives me a chance to explain what it is all about, which is not only a blessing for them but also a constant blessing for me.
I was meditating and connecting to the light when I got a vision of the Om symbol. I’ve seen it and heard about it before but didn’t know the history of it. @@malakai-mi6dg maybe not everyone is born with it. It is the sound in the absence of all other earthly background sounds. Yogis have an actual reason to practice hermitage in actual caves. Everyone is likely born with this but never quiet enough to hear it. Caves are nature's quiet places. I literally learned this in a cave called AUM or OM cave. OM is the sound of the cosmos in space in the absence of all sound. It is the background hum perception head by radio telescopes. When voiced produced it centers and opens all chakras.🔥💜👳☪️🕉️🙏
I’ve experienced the light that people say they feel when they have a nde, it fills you with an immense love and peace, though afterwards I was still living with multiple addictions for quite some time, it wasn’t till I accepted Jesus that I actually started to rid myself of these addictions that were holding me back, my brother committed suicide in 2016 and it really hurt me, but there’s something about Jesus Christ that brings deep healing to one’s physical and spiritual being, now I’m way beyond happier than I used to be, I have had other very traumatic experiences but I’m not gonna dive into that cause it’s very dark, but I’m now one in Christ and I love Him so very much for saving me for I didn’t deserve it but now I can see and I have realized he has always been with me. I heard this sound in my dream one time, it was only like a 30-second dream, but after I noticed the sound I was like, is this always going on? Maybe I just don't hear it because there's always airplanes and cars and stuff. Then the sky erupted with light that shot through my whole body and the vibration and the sound became so loud and so strong that I couldn't feel anything at all besides the vibration, and the light was shooting through my body into the ground, and I couldn't hear anything or see anything because the Sparkling White Light felt like it filled up my eyeballs and shot through me. I was also overwhelmed with this sense of awe and respect and gratitude because there was some kind of communication, like an immediate understanding that I have never experienced before or since, and I was just so grateful because I realized that this is what everything is I was on my hands and knees crying with gratitude and amazement. I was made to understand that this is what everything is, that everything is continually being made from this and I was just overwhelmed with this Indescribable feeling, it's undescribable because I've never felt anything like this or to this extent before or since then. It messed me up for a couple of weeks, because my life didn't really feel real anymore compared to this experience. This thing felt ancient, but more like it existed outside of time, like time had nothing to do with it. And it felt like this thing had no concern for our typical problems or what we consider to be good and bad, because there was nothing bad that could ever come from it and this was what everything was made of. And it understood everything, as if it understood because it had been everything that had ever been, and so it makes me think that there is like this reciprocal nature where, because it exists outside of time, it understands everything because it has and will exist as everything that has ever existed in order to understand everything. This thing happened to me probably about four years ago, and I haven't figured out what I'm supposed to do about it, though I don't think I really have to do anything necessarily. Anyways, this was a short period in my life where I wasn't doing any kind of substances or drinking alcohol, and I wasn't doing any kind of meditation or anything like that, and I wasn't studying or practicing any kind of religion or spirituality of any kind whatsoever. It came completely out of left field and kind of just messed up my perception of life in a way. Just because it felt more real than anything I have ever experienced and I don't know how else to describe it Anyways I just wanted to share because after this experience I was trying to figure out what happened and I come across some pieces of information where I'm like, yes, somebody has experienced this somehow and they understand. Because most people don't get it and when you hear people talking about spirituality it seems like, it's cool that they're trying, but it seems like they understand everything from the outside perspective because they don't understand that they haven't experienced this thing yet and it just is weird.

It sounds similar to what we call Kundalini Jagaran. Perhaps one of your chakras got activated and you saw the Divine mother and the light. I am no expert but I have read about it and watched people talking about it.
The one time I did an AUM mantra in meditation I ended up sleeping but when I woke up I had this deep unexplainable sense of happiness, bliss even I'd say. Just as I was drifting to sleep I went into a Deep state of bliss and I remembered It all when I woke up. I'm not even sure if I slept or I was simply aware the whole time experiencing bliss... It was so profound. This video found me coz it was a reminder that I need to go back and practice meditation with AUM. Thank you for sharing. Blessings 🙏

I read an article a few years ago about a physicist who converted the leftover information from the big bang into sound. It strangely sounded like AUM.

In our hindu culture..every day morning and evening in prayer time we chant OM with other beejacharas..that is very powerful mantras. Our mind get peace and calm. We feel good vibration around the home. Hinduism is great..it is an ocean

I am not hindu nor buddhist practitioner, but a christian. I am open to listen to all forms of religion. I believe we all have one God to worship and so, this content is really refreshing to me and I do listen to OM chants all the time. Specially when I am stressed out, blurting out OM makes me feel better.

I had a near death experience, and the Light showed me the beginning of time. There was nothing. We were all there as one. Then I heard Aum, then everything started to vibrate, and the when shot out as little sparks of light and began to form the universe.

My experience with a NDE was in Israel. I went on a pilgrimage with my family & friends about 5yrs ago & the cause was due to me drinking tap water. (I am from the US) First Gen Mex-American raised catholic, but open to all religions & beliefs with compassion & acceptance! We are one! 🌎
So, it started early morning while on the Sea of Galilee, everyone was singing & dancing on the boat & I just felt horrible I couldn’t join them. I was feeling nauseous & a nice lady from our group gave me some seltzer to ease the nausea but nope. That’s when it all started, I was vomiting & had the runs all day & couldn’t keep any liquids, let alone any solids down. I felt terrible that my friends & fam had to alternate staying behind with me, & couldn’t enjoy the beautiful landscapes & rich history we were upon. About 8 hrs later of purging, I was in really bad shape y’all. Stomach & head burning, felt like i was going to spontaneously combust, cold sweats. I was pale, weak, mind was dizzy, & ready to die. (We were hours away from any hospital btw) My parents, priest, & some friends stayed behind with me on the back of the bus. They were praying all around me to the Holy Spirit, whilst everyone else in the group was enjoying a delicious Seafood lunch. Which the thought of, made me feel even worse. I then started to lose sense of time, I prayed, then my body, I prayed, my mind was accepting the end. Everyone’s prayers turned into vibrations (OM) as I started to see/feel the bright white light engulfing everything that is, has been, & will be. In this very moment I realized was a test. “It’s not your time my child” god spoke, & a lighting bolt of pure light & love shot through my heart & body, almost as if I got stabbed with an Intracardiac injection (like in the movie Pulp Fiction). I instantly felt my soul turn to matter, once again my sense of self came back to awareness. Everyone’s face was perplexed to say the least. For they all thought I was a goner. Tears of pure bliss overwhelmed us all! (I have never felt so alive & connected with everything) Moments later, I get up to drink a seltzer water with lime, & was able to keep it down with no discomfort, as well as a light meal when we got back to our hotel hours later. Funny thing is, I completely asked for it. this was just day 2 of a 2 week trip, How?
The day prior (1st day of trip) we visited the town of Magdala. Inside a modern synagogue, was this one of many beautiful mosaic murals. It was depicting Jesus healing a sick, dying little girl, while her parents were around her. Idk why I was so magnetized to this piece, but I was analyzing it for about 30min, until we had to leave back to our hotel. I prayed to god prior to going out the sea of G. I prayed for a profound personal experience, restore my faith, & bring our family closer together. Ah, I just can’t help but to smile, coincidence? Nah, god does work in mysterious ways eh? One love! Aum-Om-(Amen!) brothers & sisters! 🙏🏼🕉️✨

I never realized this until now
in our hindu tradition we have to wake up early in the morning and take bath by chanting mantra at least 3 times. my grandfather age is 87 years he always chanting om as well as others mantra by waking up at 4 am . he also reads sanskrit book every day. he knows 8 planets name and distance between earth and sun by studying hindu script.

This was indeed a very refreshing content. I somehow happen to have felt the connection with AUM since my early teens. Whatever divine I perceived I used to call it AUM unconsciously. AUM is an all encompassing, universal sound of the entire creation. In fact what I feel is that the whole creation itself is conceived and emanates from the sound AUM. The creator and the creation both get submerged into that one sound. It brings you to a stateless state where one is free from the conscious mind and the material body.

My daughter was just born 2-22
I heard Aum in a dream 3 months before my partner died. Everywhere was dark but I was not frightened - as a child I was scared of the dark. I saw a tiny light and heard a slight sound when I looked hard. Within seconds the sound Aum was everywhere and the Sanskrit word Aum was hanging before me shimmering in gold and vibrating....AUM!
It was the Divinity, the Holy Father Mother of all things. Christians call it "God" and Muslims call it "Allah". It is the Eternal Progenitor, the Holy Parent. The One.

A few years ago, I attended a 30 day silent meditation retreat, I’ve been many times but this time, on day 21, I started to hear what I describe as an angelic choir singing different tones of AUM. At one point, this sound became so loud that I thought it was going to blow my ear drums out! From the time I first started to hear this beautiful sounding AUM, it never stopped, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep.
Once the silent meditation retreat was over and I left, returning to the city, the sound rapidly diminished and was completely gone within two days. I’m not sure exactly what I heard or how or why I was allowed to hear such a beautiful angelic sounding AUM but I will never forget it!
If anyone would like to chime in on what this experience was or why I was permitted to hear it, I’d love to hear from you!

asanas. In end of one hour asanas instructor said : now we will practice mantra. And people started mantra recitation. In moment my conciousness almost exploded

perception of angelic beauty sound of mantra lasted may be one minute. Total ecstasy!.
Later I did learn that this mystic mantra was buddhist : om mani peme hung!:).

I agree,and it's so good to see so many people who recognize the good fortune of their Indian heritage. I'm in the USA,of European heritage,and studied Comparative Religion for many decades. You always hear the phrase "The Holy Land",but I refer to India as "The other Holy Land". As important as Freedom of Religion is to me,I see that India has been practicing it much longer,not without struggle sometimes,and has so many lessons for us. So many spiritual traditions from there to learn from. Also,I consider myself Buddhist.🕯️❤️🇮🇳

When in meditation with your eyes open or closed, if you hum mantra yu.mmmm..yu..mmmm.. as if feeling the most ecstatic feeling through all that is sensed, outwardly or inwardly, then you will be practicing what AUM really feels like, when your seperate sense of self gives way to the absolute ecstatic bliss of transcendent liberation

@@malakai-mi6dg maybe not everyone is born with it. It is the sound in the absence of all other earthly background sounds. Yogis have an actual reason to practice hermitage in actual caves. Everyone is likely born with this but never quiet enough to hear it. Caves are nature's quiet places. I literally learned this in a cave called AUM or OM cave. OM is the sound of the cosmos in space in the absence of all sound. It is the background hum perception head by radio telescopes. When voiced produced it centers and opens all chakras.🔥💜👳☪️🕉️🙏

I’ve experienced the light that people say they feel when they have a nde, it fills you with an immense love and peace, though afterwards I was still living with multiple addictions for quite some time, it wasn’t till I accepted Jesus that I actually started to rid myself of these addictions that were holding me back, my brother committed suicide in 2016 and it really hurt me, but there’s something about Jesus Christ that brings deep healing to one’s physical and spiritual being, now I’m way beyond happier than I used to be, I have had other very traumatic experiences but I’m not gonna dive into that cause it’s very dark, but I’m now one in Christ and I love Him so very much for saving me for I didn’t deserve it but now I can see and I have realized he has always been with me. Love you Jesus ❤

I heard this sound in my dream one time, it was only like a 30-second dream, but after I noticed the sound I was like, is this always going on? Maybe I just don't hear it because there's always airplanes and cars and stuff. Then the sky erupted with light that shot through my whole body and the vibration and the sound became so loud and so strong that I couldn't feel anything at all besides the vibration, and the light was shooting through my body into the ground, and I couldn't hear anything or see anything because the Sparkling White Light felt like it filled up my eyeballs and shot through me. I was also overwhelmed with this sense of awe and respect and gratitude because there was some kind of communication, like an immediate understanding that I have never experienced before or since, and I was just so grateful because I realized that this is what everything is I was on my hands and knees crying with gratitude and amazement.
I was made to understand that this is what everything is, that everything is continually being made from this and I was just overwhelmed with this Indescribable feeling, it's undescribable because I've never felt anything like this or to this extent before or since then. It messed me up for a couple of weeks, because my life didn't really feel real anymore compared to this experience.
This thing felt ancient, but more like it existed outside of time, like time had nothing to do with it. And it felt like this thing had no concern for our typical problems or what we consider to be good and bad, because there was nothing bad that could ever come from it and this was what everything was made of. And it understood everything, as if it understood because it had been everything that had ever been, and so it makes me think that there is like this reciprocal nature where, because it exists outside of time, it understands everything because it has and will exist as everything that has ever existed in order to understand everything.
This thing happened to me probably about four years ago, and I haven't figured out what I'm supposed to do about it, though I don't think I really have to do anything necessarily.
Anyways, this was a short period in my life where I wasn't doing any kind of substances or drinking alcohol, and I wasn't doing any kind of meditation or anything like that, and I wasn't studying or practicing any kind of religion or spirituality of any kind whatsoever. It came completely out of left field and kind of just messed up my perception of life in a way. Just because it felt more real than anything I have ever experienced and I don't know how else to describe it
Anyways I just wanted to share because after this experience I was trying to figure out what happened and I come across some pieces of information where I'm like, yes, somebody has experienced this somehow and they understand. Because most people don't get it and when you hear people talking about spirituality it seems like, it's cool that they're trying, but it seems like they understand everything from the outside perspective because they don't understand that they haven't experienced this thing yet and it just is weird.
Sounds like you had a visitation from the Satguru, the Paramatma. Your higher self, the Creator of the cosmos. Very auspicious 🙏

It sounds similar to what we call Kundalini Jagaran. Perhaps one of your chakras got activated and you saw the Divine mother and the light. I am no expert but I have read about it and watched people talking about it.
The one time I did an AUM mantra in meditation I ended up sleeping but when I woke up I had this deep unexplainable sense of happiness, bliss even I'd say. Just as I was drifting to sleep I went into a Deep state of bliss and I remembered It all when I woke up. I'm not even sure if I slept or I was simply aware the whole time experiencing bliss... The cosmic sound which welcomes all to come and join to receive the blessings of the creator 🙏 does not matter which religious beliefs you belong too. If you live with nature surrounding yourself lot of good happiness and bliss happens.
It means all religions have the same base but people are separated because of rituals, myths and Beliefs.
Obv the revelation of prophet Muhammad was prophesized in every religion's scriptures , so every religion came from one ,
