Some transfer cases have an additional plastic nut inside the case. You have to take BOTH transfer pan nut off and the plastic nut for it to drain. Just wanna make sure this video isn't misleading people
Thank You! I have 2 filler plugs, on my 2006, Transfer Case, ones a square holed threaded plug, and the other is a nice o-ringed push in plug with a 10mm bolt keeper., they are bout 3 inches apart from one another.
Hi Rudy. With no oil in the transfer case before you serviced it, did you have issues getting the Xtrail into 4 Auto?Or did your 4 wheel drive system still work ok?

and did you use 5 litres to fill that up?
He mentions in the video that he's using 0.31L or 310mL to fill it up.
