Devin’s vocals are insane. Sounds like numerous people at the same time. Tone and articulation on point too.
I feel like Worm Shepherd is gonna bring a new age of deathcore sound into the metal world.

@@youtubesbichasspolicys5888 , Lorna Shore has a very strong and great sound to blackened deathcore. Lorna Shore definitely sounds better then Worm Shepherd. But Worm Shepherd is still gonna be awesome to hear. 🕯
I like a handful of Lorna Shore, new singer and old singer, but i like EVERY WS song
I love that they put this together, so many bands used to but it seems like it’s not a trend anymore

2:32-2:46 I am genuinely in awe. The high-pitched inhale pig-squeal thing at 2:14 was something, but, man, I swear he's making 2 different noises at the same time between 2:32-2:46.

@@Hakkur123 He's clearly taking breaths he's just not a fucking amateur with no breath control or stamina. And inhales require the exact same mouth shapes so that isn't even a point.

They don’t have a new vocalists so we will see.
Devin was too young and inexperienced. Lorna was looking for someone that had some touring experience under their belt and someone that was around their age as well. Nothing against Devin, just a couple little thing's that held him back from joining Lorna.
I'm kinda glad they didn't! Because if they did, we wouldn't have Worm Sheppard.

Check out Nitheful. They’re like a slightly heavier version of Worm Shepherd. They make Infant Annihilator sound like Teletubbies in comparison.
Hello there guys, hailing from the uk. I'm over the moon seeing such mixture in cultures in a heavy metal band. As a drummer myself originally from Barbados. The drummer is a Mike Smith. Vocals are deadly, guitars a beautiful and bass. Keep death alive brothers!!!!!!
Worm Shepherd is my new favorite band. Heavy as all hell. Versatile mix of styles and vocals. Drumming is so good it sounds like a machine. I play their two albums on repeat. SO GOOD
At 4:18 that’s the fucking Tom sound I’m talking about you can’t explain what the hell that sound is and that someone after years has finally figured it out brings way to much joy to me
I've done that scream a long time ago and can still do it ! Its pretty simple in my opinion its just a tongue technique and keeping your lips close to make a low guttural ! Same technique for a "double screams" effect but in a different way. Push your tongue on your teeths down and play with your mouth to make a "double screams" high or low !
This is insane, vocals are incredible. Teaser at the end gave goosebumps so hard. One of the best albums of 2020 is coming for sure. I wish there were more footage about guitars and drums, and symphonic elements though.
Next album will have a muuuuch bigger documentary!! This one was done after the songs were all written instrumentally

Not really. Dickie allen has the most beast-like, nasty, deep gutturals, and the most nerve bursting shrills ive ever heard with multiple mid styles and his other strange noises. Devin is cool and everything and has a great voice that will only grow and develope as long as he takes care of those vocals chords, so he has alot of room to grow. But as long as Dickie is alive he will be the holder of the throne

@@oOBlAcKbLoOdOo3 Couple vocalists like who? Dickie Allen? Alex Terrible? Will Ramos? Don’t make me laugh. They’re great vocalists, but Devin is at the top right now. He’s definitely the most versatile vocalist. Monstrous lows, ear piercing shrieks and highs, kettle-like whistle tones, etc. Fred Nylist is up there, too. And Devin’s toilet bowl lows are just monstrous.

Man, I've listen to the album. You're supposed to do the feats with other vocalists to higher the level of the tracks, but you outrun them all so the feats are useless.
