  • There are distinct phases that arise as our belief of being a separate ego-I-self falls away, and when it has fallen away. As self falls away, three subtle but distinct aspects of identification with being a separate ego-I-self are be revealed, which need to be understood and, in turn, set free. Then, the realization of what lies beyond all sense of self, mind and separation can be recognized, and its fragrance integrated into all aspects of daily life.

At 22:40 I gasped and wept. “We were able to address what does need fixing from a place that doesn’t need healing/ does not need fixing”. I have believed for so long that I needed to fix me that all of me was not right or enough. From the sense of Self I see that I was mistaken and mislead by body/minds. Wow just taking
    that in. Thank you ☺️

Finally, some psychologists get it. Meditation must be taught in all schools. Being in the Now is our true nature. Less drugs, less psychoanalysis, more awareness and witnessing.

This really clarified who I really am. It is profound to know that perfect limitless spirit we all have is what heals us and connects us to our truth and freedom.

Thank you, Richard. I wish I had seen this video 10 years ago. Nevertheless, having actively practiced Yoga Nidra over the last few years, I have realised that I can replace the letter "c" in medication" with a "t". Hariohm dat sat

    Temp (5)
Q’s (start w/being in being shift to being as being)
-1) How would you describe your location (as being), your outermost border or boundary your innermost center
    -2) What’s happening to thinking
-3a)What time is it, what’s your relationship to time.
3b) Do I need anything more (things/stuff) to acquire in order to be me or more of me than already am(paraphrasing)
-4) Is this familiar and new or something known your whole life
-5) Is there anything special I need to do in order to BE

Richard:"Caught in a loop of thinking."
Gen 3:24Having driven Man out, he [God] stationed east of the garden of Eden the cherubim and the *spinning-sword-flame* , to guard the way to the tree of life.

Non-localized attention seems like the source of consciousness., maybe because we are no longer centered in **the hurt place that restricts our senses** of the bigger reality.

Hi! Can someone please "Clearly" explain what is Being? I have been looking for a clearly defined, easy to understand example of this for over a year. I have PTSD and would love so much to be free of this nightmare. It's impossible to do this exercise or understand other videos who use the term "Being" if there is no clue as to what it is. I've searched the internet and apparently everyone has a differing definition. I wish Richard Miller would answer this but I know that's asking a lot. Thanks to any kind, knowledgeable souls out there who can answer this. - Thank you so much, blessings.

Being is when you just Are. Have you ever experienced a deep stillness sometimes in the middle of the night with the clock ticking?
It cannot be explained. It can only be experienced.
Thisness and Isness are other words that point to it. There is no thought in it, no thinking required, all those thoughts maybe present. Give your attention to that which is between thoughts.
      Hope this helps.

"How do we take this into the mainstream marketplace"? I find that language so offensive. But hey since there is no duality there is no offensive or non-offensive.
