David that spice is called yaaji or suya spice. Traditionally from the Hausa community. It is made from grounded peanut paste that has been dried. Spiced with garlic onion and paprika powder. Of course with salt. Hope the info was useful
Kebab and palm wine definitely a good combination. And Aburi is much quieter, more greenery, much cooler (weather) and less or no mosquitoes...compared to Accra. Love watching you and Lotte. 💕💕

The Kebab, palm wine and crafts are awesome! I love Aburi Gardens. It's so cool and relaxing. The plants bring back memories of my childhood years in Ghana. Thanks for sharing! 😀🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
David glad you visited my hometown. Aburi is beautiful and boast of nice weather all year round. That tree you saw was the oldest oak tree in the Aburi Gardens. It is around 350 years old before finally it fell during a tropical storm. It used to be the tallest tree in the garden and it was visible miles miles away. I am glad you had a good time. I miss my hometown. Great videos
I vaguely remember that park. I fell asleep in the car on the way there and they woke me up. It was raining and I was still half asleep. I remember the tall trees. We didn't even get out of the car because of the rain.
