I envy your gut David. I'm originally from Ghana but anytime I visit, I suffer diarrhea for the first couple of days just from eating the local food until my gut adjust. I just can't wrap my head around how you are able to eat all the foods you eat on your travels.
I want to see your family's reaction when you take all these antics to them! #Videorequest. 500 likes on this comment to his attention to do it. Let's get it!
Loving your Ghana series. Ghana is such an amazing country.Friendly people, awesome art & culture. Those leather slippers with used tyre soles were awesome.Lots of love from india👍
Northern Ghanians are descendants of Northern Nigerians (Hausa people) going there, is so similar to visiting Northern Nigeria,. They eat same good as the Hausa, and they speak Hausa language.. I find it just fascinating...
@@princessnyeni5548 this is not accurate. There are many languages in northern ghana, Hausa being one, minor language. Most of the languages spoken in northern ghana are not related to Hausa.
@@princessnyeni5548 That's not quite accurate. Northern Ghana has their own indigenous tribes like Dagomba, Frafra, Mossi, Mamprusi, etc,. They don't have much to do with Northern Nigeria other than it being an entry point for the Hausa migrants long ago and both regions are majority Muslims. And not all parts of Northern Ghana speak Hausa to begin with. I would argue there's more Hausa spoken in Accra and Kumasi in Muslim neighborhoods than many areas of the North.
David I seriously appreciate you showing us the beautiful things Ghana has to offer. The people are so beautiful, humble and very hard working. In some ways it reminds me of growing up in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Downtown Ponce with so many vendors , so many handmade items so many friendly people. Always smiling . Even out of the city the little I can remember was super awesome as well. Again I appreciate it. Thank you 🙏🏼
there no secret in Ghana, we can show you anything and everything we love to share. Africa welcomes everyone with open hearted but lol and you know what next lol
David, in fact, you are making me miss my favourite Northern City Tamale. Love from UAE. I'd come back home soon and revisit Tamale, such a lovely city with friendly people.
I love to watch vlogs, but to me you're more than a vlogger, you're a vlogger+humanitarian. I like the way you humble yourself to come down to the locals' level; eat their food not concerning of the hygienic aspect, and the way you spent the money just to make sure the poor get eat. I'm glad I found your channel....God bless you and your channel 🙏 SUPER!!!
Hey David, you inspired me today. Why? For several reasons. I try research videos before I post a new video and often I see one of your videos as a suggested video. So today I decided to look over your journey by videos starting 12 years ago. I notice many of your videos still only have a few hundred views, but it didn't stop your momentum. You just kept going, I noticed after the first heavy year you slowed down and didn't post as much, then hit it hard again. Maybe you hit a moment wondering if this would ever happen or? I am leveraging my savings trying to reinvent my life starting at my midlife, can I make it go, I ask myself, I hope my drive forwards is always stronger than my doubts. For most of us there isn't instant success and there is that fragile time between believing we can and trying to make that a reality, despite all the noise. Your long battle forwards gave me strength today Cheers my friend!!
Wow thanks David with all this video about Ghana making me feel home sick I wish u can extend your stay and provide us with more videos about Ghana thanks bro
How you wear e traditional hat is significant. With e top bent to e side like u wore it, signifies someone who comes in peace, someone who recognizes that he is not the most powerful person present (respect for authority). But when e hat is worn upright, it signifies that apart from God, you are e most important/powerful/strongest present . I come from Tamale and I am happy about how Tamale was presented
Evening is the time for peace, Where there is no tension to cease, On this evening, I want to wish you, That you have a good evening! Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
I came across your videos through ads however I must say the videos are educational good content and are on another level good quality vids, new subscriber, keep em coming thank you 👍🏼
Imagine our i diot-a** politicians not developing these marvelous industries and improving the livelihoods of our beautiful people. Instead they are in Accra yelling, eating and robbing. Mtchew David - thanks for the amazing content and exposing the world to the wonders of Ghana
Al's grandmother was from Germany and he immediately recognized Guinea Fowl in your video, she raised them and he ate them as a toddler. She raised them in Illinois
David, the Northern sector of Ghana is known for the most healthiest food (a.ka.a most) organic food) and they don't like to change the healthy herbs/seeds/how they make their foods from scratch for anyone. And u better buy (at least) a whole Shea Butter from the north, because that's where they're made and not mixed until they to the centralized world/states - and even other main cities in the africa....U will be proud bringing one with u back to de US....its do expensive in NY's Harlem... Good job though...🤞🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
David thanks for visiting my home town, am from Tamale living in NEW York, but you didn't show Tamale town and the other market, I always watch your videos, may God bless you and guide you 🙏 😊
Fufu and palmnut soup is my favourite 😋 My ma & I are from Ghana and we live in the UK but she always cooked me food from my birth land even my partner who is from Hull UK eats our food, it's lovely to see adventures enjoying our food
Fantastic video as always! I saw so many interesting things. I am ready for my visit to Ghana. Side note - did you find out what claw that was next to the crocodile's head at 0:35 and again at 29:24? It's not a crocodile claw.
David I cringe each time you eat Fufu 🤣🤣🤣🤣 man you got to cut it with your index and middle finger downwards like a scissor to break the fufu ball into a smaller piece, then you scoop it up it your fingers close together excluding your thumb to get some soup and down that. It's a technique...if I ever run into you, I am teaching you but I really appreciate you showing out Ghana 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭 ...your vlogs are awesome!!!!

You're my fav travel blogger man!🤝
Keep up the great work❤️🤝
Love to our brothers n sister's of GHANA 🇬🇭❤🇵🇰
For some reason I'd rather have the hand beaten fufu, rather that the machine made one. I feel like there would be more of that original taste.
Dude you know about that?
True
@@jasonsong6747 that's so true
