Imo, this set is emblematic of the future of Ultimate's meta.
Characters have such devastating punish games that the risk reward ratio of approaching is increasingly discouraging initiating interactions beyond what is necessary.

Shiny Mark is insane. He is crazy good at finding his kills and pushing his advantage even at extreme percents. He plays like how I feel most sheiks should.
Ah yes, Skull bash. A secondary recovery tool for the Rat that is a better recovery tool than 70% of the cast's UpB, slapped on a character that also has Quick Attack

Its a lame way to win, but I'm not gonna fault shinymark for playing the matchup correctly. When you have a nice lead against Wario there is no reason get close because you risk dying super early to waft.

UA-cam uploads higher quality later. It's in good quality now. In the future, just come back at a later time :)
I guess people get confused because some channels have the highest-quality encode available immediately when the video is made public. This is because UA-cam channels can actually *decide* whether they want to make the video available immediately when the first encode (the lowest quality) is ready, or to wait until all the resolutions are ready. VGBootcamp has chosen the former option.
As for *why* the higher quality options are only available later if the former option is used: encoding higher resolution videos simply takes more time for computers to do.
