Daniel showed a clip of a shaykh you admire, criticing the Saudi government directly, is he also a deviant according to you Saajid? Respond to his arguments instead of calling each other names.
First off, no scholar is infallible. The statement or action of any scholar isn’t proof in of itself. This is a well known basic principle of ahlusunnah.
Secondly, no one said that criticizing the ruler publicly once or twice makes someone a khariji or a deviant. Daniel is taking a few instances/exceptions of what a scholar did in decades and decades of dawah, and is extracting a general principle out of them when he is a layman by his own admission! That’s like saying if a scholar issues a fatwa that someone who is starving in the middle of the desert can eat a little bit of pork to avoid death, then a layman comes along and says that pork is halal. That’s exactly what Daniel is doing here. Show me where did any scholar of ahlusunnah go on a nonstop for weeks on end bashing the rulers by name publicly and making it the sole focus of their dawah??
Thirdly, what names did Saajid call Daniel here?? He just pointed out his dishonesty and foul language. Daniel is the one calling others names.

Three years ago, Shaikh Fahd al-Qadi died in a Saudi prison as a result of medical negligence.
He was arrested in 2016 for a private letter he sent to the Saudi royal court criticizing violations by the Ministry of Education.
He was known for his work on the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice.
He was put in prison for advising the ruler PRIVATELY! What will the followers of a certain group tell us next? You can't advise the ruler privately?!
What do you think would be the case if he did it publicly and had people involved.

@@beaniibreen Shaykh Ibn Bâz: This question has been posed several times. It does not belong to the methodology of the Salaf to mention the shortcomings of the rulers from the pulpits. It leads to revolts and that people refrain from hearing and obeying in that which is allowed. It leads to something that only harms and benefits nothing.
Salaf’s followed methodology is to advise him in seclusion, write to him and let the scholars contact him so that they can lead him to that which is good.
The sins should be mentioned without the mentioning of the sinner. Fornication, spirits and interest [all of these] should be condemned without condemning the one who falls into them. It is enough that one condemns the sins and warns against them without mentioning the sinner, regardless if he is the ruler or anybody else.
When the tribulation of ‘Uthmân’s (radhiya Allâhu ‘anh) time broke out, some people said to Usâmah bin Zayd (radhiya Allâhu ‘anh):
“Will you not condemn ‘Uthmân?”
He answered:
“Should I condemn him amongst the people? I will condemn him in seclusion without opening the gate of evil to the people.”
When they initiated the evilness in the time of ‘Uthmân (radhiya Allâhu ‘anh) and condemned him publicly, the tribulation, battles and corruption became a fact. To this day one finds traces of all that. It led to the Fitnah between ‘Alî and Mu’âwiyah. ‘Uthmân and ‘Alî were killed because of it. Many companions and others were killed because of the public condemnation. As a result, the people started hating their ruler and killed him.

The difference between Suliman and Daniel is that, Daniel is just quoting an Aya or quoting explicit stuff from Salaf and scholars about the matter of the rulers or sharia and such, he is just telling us what the Sharia says, it's just that Madkhlis don't like that part of our Deen, which is why they are on the wrong, you can't be picky in the Deen. But Suliman is bringing new understandings of certain subjects that has never been shared by Salaf or scholars.

I dont think that Daniel has made takfir on Muslim ruler, because we can make kufr without being kaafir. He is just pointing out some facts. But he didn’t want to make takfir. And i personally know that even imam Hasan Al Basri has criticized ruler, and insulted them publicly. Daneil is not a khawarij.
But there are real problems in our communities and with our gouvernements, that’s for sure. And we need to know the truth on what’s happening.

Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
يَكُونُ بَعْدِي أَئِمَّةٌ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ بِهُدَايَ وَلَا يَسْتَنُّونَ بِسُنَّتِي وَسَيَقُومُ فِيهِمْ رِجَالٌ قُلُوبُهُمْ قُلُوبُ الشَّيَاطِينِ فِي جُثْمَانِ إِنْسٍ
"Rulers after me will come who do not follow my guidance and my Sunnah. Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body."
I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what should I do if I live to see that time?” The Prophet said:
تَسْمَعُ وَتُطِيعُ لِلْأَمِيرِ وَإِنْ ضُرِبَ ظَهْرُكَ وَأُخِذَ مَالُكَ فَاسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ
"You should listen and obey them even if the ruler strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey."
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1847, Grade: Sahih
Awf ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
خِيَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَكُمْ وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَتُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَشِرَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُبْغِضُونَهُمْ وَيُبْغِضُونَكُمْ وَتَلْعَنُونَهُمْ وَيَلْعَنُونَكُمْ
"The best of your rulers are those whom you love and they love you, who pray for you and you pray for them. The worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and they hate you, whom you curse and they curse you."
It was said, “Shall we confront them with swords?” The Prophet said:
لَا مَا أَقَامُوا فِيكُمْ الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مِنْ وُلَاتِكُمْ شَيْئًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ فَاكْرَهُوا عَمَلَهُ وَلَا تَنْزِعُوا يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ
"No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you find something hateful from them, you should hate their actions but not withdraw your hand from obedience."
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1855, Grade: Sahih
So, we obey the Muslim ruler except if he tells us to do something which is sinful, since we should not obey anyone in the disobedience of Allah.
There are many more ahadith pertaining to this matter that I can bring if you want.

As for Madkhali calling people Khawarij and therefore making their blood Hala, I can confirm this from experience. By Allah, this is excatly what have been happening in my country Libya since 8 years now, before the militia of the Saudi/UAE backed warlord start a war against the militia who are not letting him take the capitol they send their "scholars" and start acusing whoever stand against them for being Khawarij and then they kill them.
There's more to it than that.. Most importantly there was a war going on.. Killing had already started.. And the Salafi were on bith sides.. So don't pretend it was good guys against "madkhalis"

Also, madkhalis are not on both sides, even the ones who are claiming to be salafis (Madkhalis) on the other side in Tripoli war 2019 they were accused of being not Salafis from Madkhalis scholars specifically the main Imam of Madkhalis Rabie Ibn Hadi Al Madkhali.

Daniel isn't diceptional, he has spoken the truth and he has backing points. Calling someone khariji is a great deal, and you make it simple. Daniel has shared so many important dahwah for ages and if he reach a point of refuting something from someone you really deserve it. Daniel was right, and this case of advising a ruler privately only I was against it from the start because I learnt many things about salafi.

Daniel is coming out of this looking really good. The only legitimate point you had in this video was DH’s comments regarding Khalid Green. Those captions made me uncomfortable and I do think it would be wise for DH to clarify those. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that racism wasn’t his intention with those accompanying comments, but I really hope he says something.
Other than that, it seems that all DH wants is clear language that leaves no room for ambiguity and reinterpretation. He did the same thing with Omar Suleiman/Yaqeen and now he’s doing it to you. Pretty consistent, if you ask me.
Also, the reason he didn’t clap back at the Salafi conference is because they didn’t make him say anything he didn’t agree with. There were no responses to him when he clearly answered all their questions. That doesn’t make him cowardly, in fact, it takes a lot of courage to be grilled by people that are angry with you.
So with that being said, it would be great if you could answer the questions he posed to you in his video.

Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
يَكُونُ بَعْدِي أَئِمَّةٌ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ بِهُدَايَ وَلَا يَسْتَنُّونَ بِسُنَّتِي وَسَيَقُومُ فِيهِمْ رِجَالٌ قُلُوبُهُمْ قُلُوبُ الشَّيَاطِينِ فِي جُثْمَانِ إِنْسٍ
"Rulers after me will come who do not follow my guidance and my Sunnah. Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body."
I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what should I do if I live to see that time?” The Prophet said:
تَسْمَعُ وَتُطِيعُ لِلْأَمِيرِ وَإِنْ ضُرِبَ ظَهْرُكَ وَأُخِذَ مَالُكَ فَاسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ
"You should listen and obey them even if the ruler strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey."

Awf ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
خِيَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَكُمْ وَيُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَتُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَشِرَارُ أَئِمَّتِكُمْ الَّذِينَ تُبْغِضُونَهُمْ وَيُبْغِضُونَكُمْ وَتَلْعَنُونَهُمْ وَيَلْعَنُونَكُمْ
"The best of your rulers are those whom you love and they love you, who pray for you and you pray for them. The worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and they hate you, whom you curse and they curse you."
It was said, “Shall we confront them with swords?” The Prophet said:
لَا مَا أَقَامُوا فِيكُمْ الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مِنْ وُلَاتِكُمْ شَيْئًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ فَاكْرَهُوا عَمَلَهُ وَلَا تَنْزِعُوا يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ
"No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you find something hateful from them, you should hate their actions but not withdraw your hand from obedience."
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1855, Grade: Sahih
So, we obey the Muslim ruler except if he tells us to do something which is sinful, since we should not obey anyone in the disobedience of Allah.
There are many more ahadith pertaining to this matter that I can bring if you want.
Our Ummah isn't so weak that a UA-cam beef between 2 people causes a city to collapse somewhere or millions to apostate.

There has to be some feedback to the ruler. He can't be just making decisions that affect the majority of the population without any feedback. Indeed we need to be patient with rulers because they definitely have a bigger picture in most cases, but sometimes they're just after things that are detrimental to the core of the ummah.
