That was the most savage, surprising part of the comics. He was a great character to hate.
That issue came out when I was in 6th grade... I think, it was insane!
They are lots of S.A.W. - Vipers.
Very true, but this specific SAW Viper added a bunch of names to the list of fallen Joes in the comics which is also known as the “Honor Roll” in the 90’s trading card set.
I thought Overkill was the Battle Android Troopers commander....now I know. AND Knowing Is Half THE battle.....The Other Half Is UNBRIDLED BLOODLUST AND VIOLENCE...BUT knowing is important too.

We do know this is a single man right? I keep hearing plural referrals to the saw viper and that’s really not the case
It's confusing. There are multiple SAW Vipers, but one ended up becoming a unique trooper (Overkill) due to how well he did being an infamous killer.
