You're a weirdo do you realize the voters voted for change not for what you queer for Palestine think why would you want to stop the change that America voted for you don't think Trump voters expected all of his picks
The major problem with this is that the left wing was TOO DIVIDED with inner squabbling, meanwhile the right wing was UNITED in supporting Trump for the most part! You leftists especially those with socialist and progressive bias and ideology, combined with alternative media, anti gov/establishment/mainstream divided the voting base up, contributing to the failure of this election. That plus centrists and other podcasts giving Trump soft balls and undecided voters is what led to your failure, most of the left wing's REFUSAL to unite and support the corp dems and too much time WHINING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT CORP DEMS is what led to this failure! So next time, after this 4 years of misery under Trump, figure out how to unite the left wing under one banner or it's another Trump win!
It’s because the voters vote on the feelies. Trump has a much better connection to this. His double digit IQ connects better with the angry white voter. Hell. the angry Hispanic voter too. You are looking for a logical argument here. No. It’s how it looks. Elon is the spaceman and contributes to the American image of a winner. He gets a pass.
She did but she didn't use progressive talking points, call out billionaires or go on that ONE podcast that would have changed the game. At least I assume that's the left-wing response.
Sadly, our two party system is showing its age, as they've both slid so far to the side of big business that the things which differentiate them are merely topical "issues" that they then weaponize and use to vilify "the other side" without any recourse to the fact that we can disagree with one another and still work together to get fundamentally important things done, such as demonetizing politics and removing public taxpayer money going to the private healthcare firms... Social issues ARE important, but the fact that the two parties are so preoccupied with focusing and fixating on "identity politics" and "feelings" rather than the things that we ALL want and need... And the Republicants are horrifically in the pocket of the corpo-fascists...
Can I tell you a secret? Obama was a Bush Sr. Pick. If anyone could be considered Obamas god father. It was Bush sr. Obamas adopted father was Bush sr best friend in the world. One of the five richest men. He ran haliburton international. For Bush sr. Chenney met Bush sr because he was Obamas second cousin. For real. Obama pays more taxes than all the presidents combined he insanely more rich than Trump. 33% of his fathers Trust. Is 50 million a year. He never had to do a thing in his life. Running for president was a favor to Bush sr. That is why anyone of intelligence on the left like me knew the neo cons switched sides because they had too. They were hated and to stay in power they had to take the democrat party. They will stay there until they find a good replacement. in secret of course. You will only know the neo con by the way he votes. They can erase some ones history and ties to the neo cons completely. The way they have scrubbed Lolo Soetoro's name from the internet and the fact that Obama was using a social security number of someone who was born in Connecticut, fyi it was Big Mikes great uncles number. A woman sued him for that and he paid her 5 million to shut up. No one cared because the news cycle that day was all about how seal team six murdered a patsy thinking they killed Osama Bin Laden. A five year old can strip Obamas birth certificate apart into layers on adobe photo shop. If the idiot would have just saved it as a jpeg file instead of saving it to a .gov website in its original pdf format no one would have ever known he wasn't an American. Hillary knew that is why she said he was kenyan born and couldn't be president. I'm surprised she just didn't have him killed like every one else from africa she has met. I know you leftys don't like to here that men can't get pregnant but its the truth. Michelle is still trying, but sadly will never be a natrural mother. I feel for her but its not the fault of the right. They didn't make her a dude. She really should lean into the whole I'm a man thing. Because damn she has a huge cock ! If you wanna see it just watch her do her dance on the Ellen show. That thing was about to come out of her skirt. Its like she was hiding a trebuchet down there. Big enough to destroy any kings Castle. Also Hillary had her friend try to kidnap around 30 children from Haiti for her and her fellow Luciferins to sacrifice and or child traffic. More than anything else was she was running out of adrenochrome. Or as they say Walnut sauce. Language pulled from her emails that wikileaks released. her emails shown that she was told that her packages in Haiti were stopped by police and she immediately sent a known child trafficker and lawyer to Haiti to get her friend out jail. That lady plead to lesser charges the kids went back to their distraught parents who were looking for them none were orphans. That lady went on to be the vice president of the company in charge of handling the amber alert system. Just in case I guess. If the same happens here they can get away with it. It’s weird. I feel in the middle of Cenk and Destiny. I’m begging Destiny to see that there’s tons of progressives that are NOT tankies, or communists or even actual self proclaimed socialists. Progressives from the Bernie faction, MOST of them are social democrats. We are not far left, we are humanists and know that capitalism itself isn’t bad but capitalism unchecked can be horrible. I’m now also begging Cenk to give Harris and some of the centrist democrats some credit for generally running a solid campaign and recognize we have a serious lack of political education in this country.
In this conversation, Cenk called Destiny a republican twice. Can't imagine why progressives have a hard time coalition building and winning elections. Always a purity test, not much different than Maga in that way.
Lol, this whole debate is stupid…still pretending their party did not make terrible policies that people clearly sees are bad now…not only that: divided population with racism, misogynie, anti-science, fact checkers (I could go on…)

Both raised some solid points. Destiny is 100% right about incumbents always being blamed but Cenk is also 100% right about Dems needing to embrace left wing populism. Stop mindlessly peddling to the centrist who wouldn’t turn out to vote either way and invigorate your base. The right wing did it and look what it got them, a second trump term and both chambers of congress. The dems need to start campaigning from the left not the center.

I don’t think David gets enough credit for being a great debate moderator. Even in the past when he’s had people like Denis Prager on for debates, he doesn’t put in his thumb on the scale too much, and keeps the conversation on track.
Yeah, this is the first time I’ve seen him moderate. I’m super impressed. I usually hate debates because I can’t stand the yelling and talking over top of each other. I love how he guided the responses to keep things on track and narrowed down specific ideas for the reply. This was actually really enjoyable to watch and I feel like I came away having clearly heard each person’s response. Cenk and Destiny were both also refreshingly respectful of the other person’s talking time and listened without interrupting.
That's kinda' like saying "do sports commentators think that people who watch sports actually pay attention to the inner workings of each team?" Some do, some don't. You can be a fan for a team and have very little knowledge of what goes on with them.
@@dandotvid The difference is that sports are entertaining and people actually want to watch them meanwhile the average normie gives no fucks about politics beyond what the media portrays as giving them a better economy and having better vibes, nobody reads or cares about policies which is why Trump never talked about them during his campaign
Cenk made some good points. To say that the media doesn't have candidate favorites and doesn't affect elections is hilarious. Most people didn't even know who Bernie was until the middle of the 2020 primaries. Destiny got cooked here
Bernie was doing just as well in 2016 as he was in 2020... but the DNC rallied against him because he wants to get money out of politics, and they don't.
This is where I think Cenk did a bad job making his point. Destiny tried to claim that populism needs to show some proof and they can't, but he's being dishonest in this and Cenk didn't phrase it clearly to show the bad faith argument. Populism is an idea the democratic establishment hasn't embraced fully and thrown it's media behind, they've literally used media against it. The same argument in reverse that destiny was making would be like telling him "try winning a race on corporate centrist ideas but do it without a budget this time, and with a populist counter narrative being broadcast against them the entire time". they'd get obliterated. Media and propaganda amplify results. They have lost many races WITH a budget at their disposal. Populist Democrats have won some races with no budget and Democratic media shitting on them, which essentially is the proof destiny was asking for.
I don't really understand why destiny is in favor of the corporate Democrats. Even if his argument is they are "more electable". They don't do enough good for that to mean anything. Just winning one election doesn't matter if significant real changes don't come out of it. Then you got some half measures that don't make people feel the changes and they just go back to letting Republicans win.
Did you delete my comments? Like why? I was agreeing with you and trying to give clarity to your points where I felt Cenk fell short in his explanation.
They have NEVER passed an audit.... Their audits only became mandatory 7 years ago. Their spokespersons always blow it off when they've been asked about it, as well.
That’s just one sector of the government, and let’s face it: a majority of Americans aren’t going to decry the Pentagon until Trump says to. Like come on, why are we losing the plot so easily.
Dude above said how he right is, when off the top of the dome he lied about far left winning and saying Britain flips from left wing to right wing back to left wing 😂😂😂
Yeah I noticed that. I don't think Destiny had a great grasp of British politics either (and I can't blame them, they don't live here) but yeah I thought the same when I heard Cenk's comments. Destiny is right that it was a rejection of the incumbent, not a vote for the left.
@PaulStargasm Yeah the polling shows it was a collapse in the Conservative vote that led to Labour winning, rather than a massive uptick in Labour votes. As an aside, I don't think Cenk has any grasp of UK politics beyond the Labour party and even then he's shoe-horning the little he does know into a broader narrative which doesn't fit; whereas, Destiny at least has an accurate general sense but, in contrast, he doesn't fall into the trap of speaking on elements he doesn't really know 🤷
I think you might have misinterpreted Cenk slightly. What he saying is that the people are voting against both the left and the right because the majority of the population are sick of politics as usual. Therefore in one sense they appear to lurch left and right because they switch between left and right parties. Yet the real reason this is happening is because neither party are pursuing economic policies that are popular to the voting majority.
I think Cenk and Destiny both bring some good things to the table. But man, Cenk can really have a hard time listening sometimes, especially at the end. Almost unwilling to understand Destiny (and David’s) takes on the pentagon stuff. Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but Cenk never actually named anything he wanted to cut, even after being asked and saying he would name something 😂
I think cenk is advocating the idea that we should go looking for things too cut (sounds a little conservative, but I FWI). Destiny , is concerned about the use of the freed up money under the trump administration. Ignore the way Destiny and Cenk treat each other and we can see some interesting things
What Cenk what's saying is how can he propose cuts for a specific things when money is going missing. So essentially if you are missing $400 million or can't account for where it went, the next year's budget should be $400 million less
I understood you cant name the things to cut because the money they lose is not accounted for. Theoretically whatever they couldnt account for should be cut because they apparently didnt need it
These 3 need a podcast together, both to show that even if you disagree/dislike someone you can come together and talk it out, and it would be entertaining
Destiny is SUPER wrong if you listen to him you will always lose. Trump never ran political office and he won!!!! We need need a celebrity like Jeff Ross the roast master or John Stewart!! Not Joking
No. Destiny does not deserve a platform at all. He says the n word as a white dude. Openly supports genocide. And has crusaded against cenk's nephew hasan for years now. He's also platformed nazis like Nick fuentes, and they do not call them nazis when Nick fuentes is a holocaust denier and even invited him over to his house.
Did destiny really say that leftists critique Kamala too much and then point to mainstream media questions at a debate as evidence? Wtf is he talking about? Has he ever formed a coherent argument in his life?
These type of clowns speaking are part of the reason why the democrats lost by a landslide and if the democrats do not walk away from the far left and pull back to center they will never win a election again . Lol
Just run a candidate that has absolutely no problem appearing anywhere, being interviewed by anyone. The only two people I could think of is Jon Stewart and Pete Buttigieg, and only one of them wants to be President.

@@micahvandam9658 To your first comment, this seems like having an answer and searching for the question.. it's too circular for my taste. It could be as simple as no one pays attention to the VP normally so she was suddenly thrust into the spotlight with a media entourage behind her which soaked up all the positives, and as time went on (as it does for everyone) support wanes. Saying she went "center right" on [x] isn't really saying anything. Arguably the majority of Americans agree with her position more on what you referenced, but this wasn't a policy based election. At least imo.
I used to think Cenk would be the first progressive commentator to flip right. I was wrong. My guys principled as fk. I find my self agreeing with him more and more. Him and Kyle Kulinski. Destiny makes some good points, but he's just missing the major point.
I feel that cenk is to emotional to convey his political stances on issues which makes it hard to have a conversation and destiny is to cynical not of policies but of people in general I genuinely feel destiny thinks large parts of America are knuckle scrapping idiots for having mild disagreements on issues.
Great conversation, both parties listened to each other and argued on a factual level. I absolutely agree with Cenks take here. @David great job moderating.
I absolutely love this: legitimate discussion spurred on by genuine questions. Piers needs to take some bloody notes! Cenk even tempered himself when he didn't get a rise out of Steven. If you don't encourage the guests to act like monkeys throwing shit, they can actually have constructive discussion. Who would have thought it possible.
as an outsider, watching you americans debating over which ONE candidate to support is just pure comedy. that's what the lack of ranked choice and mandatory voting do to a country - people supporting the same party foam at the mouth at each other over which one is the most "electable" rather than who actually has better policy & is less corrupt etc. that's how you always end up with a dungbeetle vs a roach in your presidential elections. but noooo. it's too hard to talk about electoral reform that universally benefits the entire country. it's easier to let out some steam at the other "faction" of the party when your party loses. yous are completely and utterly hopeless.
We've long wanted this. The two party system is an entrenched way of this country from the beginning and it's got pros and cons. Instead what you see is parties changing into other parties on a very rapid scale. Within a relatively short period, we've seen the Republican Party become a new almost indistinguishable Maga populist-nationalist party. Your criticism is an easy one to make but do you take effort to ask why or notice anything else going on with it and what steps are needed to change it? So yes, ideally, a lot of us want things we can't have. That change is starting to happen very slowly and it's still possible but in the end, we have the Electoral College winner take all piece as the root cause of it. There's more talk on it than you think but it's not enough yet. It comes up a lot more these days though given the recent trend of things.
@@johngagon yet, every time anyone brings up mandatory voting, most of you always go "but i should have the fReEDoM to choose whether or not to vote". right now, you have a voter turnout of roughly 60%, which means a candidate wins presidency when they get 30% of the vote. 30% of the voting age population is determining who governs 100% of the population. "minority rules" is the opposite of democracy. yet none of you view this as a crisis and still insist on having the ill informed & misguided notion of "freedom" of choosing whether to partisipate in democratic process or not. it's not just the two party system that's entrenched. it's your collective mindset as well. "the world's most powerful country" is only 29th on the Democracy Index. but you guys just don't care that much. half of you is happy to let the country slide further into authoritarianism as long as the guy they vote for keeps talking tough on perceived/manufactured enemies. the other half is also keen to put the electoral reform talk on hold as long as their candidate wins because they think the system magically becomes less broken when their side wins. please change.
The electoral reform of which you speak requires a constitutional amendment which takes 2/3 of both chambers in our national legislature, so it is practically impossible
Ranked choice and elimination of the electoral college system should be one of the highest priorities of any democratic candidate. People hate the idea of ranked choice because it’s too complicated. But then look at cities that use it. They love it. Talk about it and its success. Getting rid of the EC would go a long way to forcing candidates to engage the entire country rather than 5 states. But then look at only way for that to work would be public financing for elections. It would be prohibitively expensive to go to every state and campaign. Then we get to Court reform…sigh
@@reddottx the judicial is something i neglected. yeah. that's also ridiculous from an outsider perspective. what kind of democracy has party appointed high court judges that parties expect to make decisions along party lines? absolutely lunatic this is. also you guys need mandatory voting. your voter turnout is hovering over 60%, which means 30% of the voters determines who rules over 100% of the population. this is also laughably undemocratic. all of these things combined is the reason why you guys are down in number 29 out of all 195 countries in the world in Democracy Index. this is abnormal. please realise that.
I’m not there yet but Destiny did the same thing in the very first question. “No the Democrats did not abandon the working class because Trump is bad on labor.”
That wasn’t even a question. Even if it was are you comfortable with that much money not being accounted for? Right or left that money could be used on something that we can account for
looking at these comments show me why the Democrats lost. Y’all won’t even acknowledge the fact that she wasn’t a good candidate 🤣🤣.Like her supporters never acknowledge the fact that she avoided the press for the first 45 days of her Campaign.
Not so. Democrats across the board criticize Harris. We are not the Republican party where "Dear Leader" never does anything wrong. Trump barely won the election, and did so with one of the smallest margins in history (1.5%). It did not help that there were two spoilers in the race who together received 1%. That said, Harris was the best available candidate considering the circumstances. With Biden dropping out late nobody else would have been able to pull a campaign together, period. Biden put the party in a massive bind by running for re-election at his age, and with his favorability rating in the tank on the economy. Americans consistently boot the party in the WH out when the economy is perceived as bad for most Americans. The economy was the number one issue in the election. Harris could not throw Biden under the bus, and she needed to do so. She did best when she was lashing out at corporate greed which was the primary cause of food price inflation. She did not hit the ground running with interviews and went for big splashy rallies that did not gain her any votes, true. Who the hell cares about performers at a rally/concert? I turned most of them off. Then she veered right to pick off never-Trumper Republicans and hang out with Liz Cheney, and lost the base. Trump slightly improved his previous performance. and a large portion of Democratic voters did not show up, and swing voters moved to Trump. Why? Because he had been pounding on the economy and immigration from the beginning. The election was still close, but Harris had both issues hanging around her neck. She could have done many things better, but 230,000 votes in the Midwest swing states would have changed the outcome. The House is just a few votes shy of the Democrats winning control.
This is how debates should go unlike when piers Morgan does them. People allowed to get complete sentences in and finish their thoughts without interruption or mockery that especially piers like to do

I support left wing economic populism to some extent! They're more grounded in reality. As soon as Dick Cheney endorsed Kamala, everything flipped and she lost.
@@bigjerome-wz4uo I just don’t know why democratic leadership acted like that was such a good thing or a big deal. Richard Spencer also endorsed Kamala and wisely, most democrats ignored him.
@@jonathansanders7756 My guess - and it is only a guess so take it for what it is worth - is that after coming out strong in August/September in terms of policies and with a bunch of momentum, Kamala let herself be swayed by the 'educated' politiburo of Dem strategists that it would be best to capture as much of the center, reasonable Republican as possible - the theory being that Trump had alienated millions of potential center-right voters - so leaning into the Cheney endorsements and away from their initial policy sprints would help ease those people into voting for her. Unfortunantely, I think the lesson this election needs to teach us is that Republicans are able to be counted on about as much as a 3$ bill (Kamala did no better than any Dem typically does getting R support, likely in the single digits). We need to stop trying to win over the supposed 'moderate right' - if they want to join us great, but consolidating and turning out the base (Kamala will have lost 6-7 million votes compared to 2020) must be our priority, whatever that looks like.
@ Actually, I would call it a misidentification of what ‘moderate’ republicans are. Biden was a neoliberal president, which is similar to left wing libertarianism on the political spectrum. That would be effective during stabilized times but, we aren’t living stabilized times anymore. Americans look towards more populist authoritarian leaders during destabilized times. If you look on the political spectrum, you’ll find that pattern holds remarkably accurate with Teddy Roosevelt, Taft, Wilson, and FDR who were all on the populist side of the spectrum. She needed a more populist message and picked Walz but, trying to pull from neoconservatives with current affairs as they are and the mess they made in Iraq was a bad move.
When I was in college I took a class got Organizational Behavior and it was a requirement for Business majors. In that class we learn that ppl hate change. They get comfortable with the status quo. To enact big changes you must create a ‘burning floor’ and once the change is done you must freeze it and get ppl to be comfortable with the new normal. The left needs to understand this dynamic more than anything. And this is why I think pragmatism is critical. Too much change scares ppl
Just take a look at national approval ratings of some of the more progressive policy proposals in the U.S. It clearly shows that the majority of Ameicans are in favour of progressive policies but the democrats either suck at messaging or don't care to message effectively.
If that was always true, you'd expect them to vote for Biden or Harris. Trump was the change candidate this election. (Change for the worse, but still).

5:00 The only country in which the incumbent party did not lose its election this year was Mexico. MORENA maintained its majority in both houses of the legislature and the presidency.
Yes but Morena is a fairly NEW party. Mexico was ruled for decades by the same party prior to 2000. Then new parties broke through. Morena is literally a party that began existing like half a decade ago; they are still seen as "not the establishment". Progressives making this point don't understand Mexican history when making this point; I am willing to bet that they don't even know that a President can't run for reelection immediately after winning their first presidential election (it is similar to our term limits but ends after 1 term).

Because Cenk doesn't actually know anything about defense spending or military spending or much of anything military related. He just remembers the Iraq War, the constant headlines about failed Pentagon audits, all those early 2010s articles about how terrible the F-35 is, and random tidbits of information about former generals going to work in the defense industry (How wild is that? People with knowledge about defense going to work in the defense industry after they retire from the military. Crazy and obscene!) and thinks that the DoD is just some giant grift made to line the pockets of defense executives and politicians He couldn't name two defense programs he'd want to cut if you asked him. It's all just more of the same under-researched uninformed vibes-bases populist drivel that's poisoned our politics
There is no difference. I think what you are talking about is mandatory vs discretionary spending, which is completely irrelevant other than debunking the claim that we pay more for military than healthcare when it is the opposite. Either way, the military only costs as much as it does because the vast majority of military spending is spent on other countries. In fact if you look at total federal spending, the vast majority of taxpayer dollars goes to foreign countries, or foreigners in America than American purposes. This is why America rarely fights wars that actually directly involve us, we are instead fighting wars of other countries who bribe politicians under the table.
@DaveSmith-cp5kj Military spending is funding all the US bases around the world. Empirical escapades. Dr. Ron Paul tried explaining this to the American ppl when he ran for POTUS. He had more support among on duty soldiers & Veterans than the rest of his opponents combined.
One side attacks each other more than they attack their opponents. They also do these attacks in public and not behind closed doors. Maybe that's why they lose?

haven't you watched kamala's debate/campaigns? where even after watching quite a few you still have no idea of her policies? and where most of their time is spent on attacking trump??
I feel like that's kinda the reason why he's wrong lol. "People don't feel like they're being represented/politicians aren't doing enough" - this can be true, but "The people embedded in politics are doing what they can" - this can also be true at the same time. Even the perfect candidate is not going to have perfect policy when they get elected, because they'll face so much opposition that they will by necessity need to compromise to get flawed-but-good policy to pass.
I think Cenk is generally an insane individual, but on this issue he's unfortunately correct. It was the gender and other identity stuff that probably tipped it, a lot of Latin people don't appreciate being dragged into it and being called Latinx for example. But regardless, none of this is justified nor does it justify Cenk's recent turncoat behaviour. Rare Cenk win, but then again, his opponent is Destiny.
@@RandomDudeDrawz Yeah absolutely I agree, and they scared a lot of hateful morons away from voting Democrat. Again, like I said, just because Cenk's making this point, doesn't mean that any of what happened during the election was ok.
In all the survey, polls, and focus groups done during and after the election, "WOKE" barely made the list. Republicans are the ones who keep bringing it up because it is a right-wing propaganda meme.
Neither of them ever concede points. That's what we're missing in modern debating. It's clear that they actually agree with each other on certain issues, but neither are willing to admit it because they feel like it weakens their position. That's bad debating form and certainly contrary to their stated goal of changing people's minds.
Why would they concede points when both feel that they are correct? There was no moment here where one was swayed to the other side. I think Destiny is correct and the facts on the ground support his positions on this. The idea that progressives are sooo popular but they're never able to win any elections anywhere is so asinine.
Unfortunately that's the problem with the left side of politics at the moment, the Trump cult is strong because they are unified behind one idiot. By or before the first 13 minutes of this 41 minute video I am getting the feeling that I've already seen ( and heard) ENOUGH to understand just how disingenuous the Steve Bonnell guys is, not just by his words, but by his body language -- SPECIFICALLY the way he ANNOYINGLY shifts his bearded jaw left and right as he speaks. Humans R sooo often predictable by their BEHAVIOR. That bearded centrist is no different. And by the 26th minute, the bearded centrist says that Trump is " ...as populist as they come. He is one man against the system who is telling U that he's gonna fight & take it all down.. one person against all the corrupt donors and everything else.." THIS GUY is now officially, UNDENIABLY engaged in PROPAGANDA FOR THE RIGHT WING !!! HOLY SCHNIKES !! For him to say THAT about life-long CON MAN --- and CAREER CRIMINAL, Donald Trump, is an insult to the intelligence of both the Pakman AND TYT audience, of which I am both. AND, it reveals that HE, the bearded centrist, is betting on the inability and/or unwillingness of the rest of the audience to engage in nuanced thinking. HE is expecting a significant % of the American people don't make an honest, earnest effort to inform themselves. OTHERWISE, he wouldn't have outright lied about Trump as a populist or economic populist. It reminds me of former N.J. Governor Crisp Crispy, when he told a gathering of republiKan voters that Trump was responsible for the HUGE deficit / debt --- but purposefully failed to provide FULL CONTEXT. Chris Christie DIDN'T TELL THAT GATHERING H O W Trump did that. In order to do THAT, Christie would have had to VIOLATE A BASIC, FUNDAMENTAL, FOUNDATIONAL repo party narrative : that one doesn't lay blame on giving huge tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy. Likewise, this bearded Bonnell guy is equally married to disinformation propagation. AND, like his body language referenced earlier, he ALSO sometimes slurs his words AS WELL AS speaks QUICKLY, making it difficult to sometimes comprehend whut tha' hell he's saying !! For Example : 30:43 forward. Contrast Bonnell's sweaty, poorly enunciated response, to how CLEARLY Cenk Uygur speaks. These particulars are a common thing we see among right wing media talkers, like Bonnell, Tim Pool and Nick Fuentes. BTW: ANOTHER visual clue : Bonnell makes sure to show rifles hanging on the wall behind him. Hey Bonnell, why don't U release a TV ad where U shoot at something with one of yor rifles, so as to leave NO DOUBT in the minds of "poorly educated" Trump "populist" voters whose side U R REALLY ON !! lmfao Monday, 12/30/2024

Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but Cenk never actually named anything he wanted to cut, even after being asked and saying he would name something 😂
All 3 have their niches.
I think cenk is advocating the idea that we should go looking for things too cut (sounds a little conservative, but I FWI). Destiny , is concerned about the use of the freed up money under the trump administration. Ignore the way Destiny and Cenk treat each other and we can see some interesting things
@ Fair enough my friend. I think they are two sides of a good coin in all honesty. Agreed.

Just hearing Pac-Man's voice makes me feel like I got something on my shoe. Absolute cringe
as an outsider, watching you americans debating over which ONE candidate to support is just pure comedy. that's what the lack of ranked choice and mandatory voting do to a country - people supporting the same party foam at the mouth at each other over which one is the most "electable" rather than who actually has better policy & is less corrupt etc. that's how you always end up with a dungbeetle vs a roach in your presidential elections. but noooo. it's too hard to talk about electoral reform that universally benefits the entire country. it's easier to let out some steam at the other "faction" of the party when your party loses. yous are completely and utterly hopeless.
@@reddottx the judicial is something i neglected. yeah. that's also ridiculous from an outsider perspective. what kind of democracy has party appointed high court judges that parties expect to make decisions along party lines? absolutely lunatic this is. also you guys need mandatory voting. your voter turnout is hovering over 60%, which means 30% of the voters determines who rules over 100% of the population. this is also laughably undemocratic. all of these things combined is the reason why you guys are down in number 29 out of all 195 countries in the world in Democracy Index. this is abnormal. please realise that.

looking at these comments show me why the Democrats lost.

Cenk couldve answered better but i think he means that overvalued contracts should be cut such as the soap dispenser debacle.
I feel like the Cheney endorsement was calculated
No. It scares people who feel they have something to lose. That's just it, we are in a place where to many people no longer feel that way. OBVIOUSLY.
@ multiple studies have shown that ppl tend to be risk averse in general. Which makes enacting changes in organizations very difficult.
Yes. Racism is the norm.

Yes but Morena is a fairly NEW party. Mexico was ruled for decades by the same party prior to 2000. Then new parties broke through. Morena is literally a party that began existing like half a decade ago; they are still seen as "not the establishment". Why don't they point out that there's a difference between military spending & defense spending.
Pentagon bad!

It's clear that they actually agree with each other on certain issues, but neither are willing to admit it because they feel like it weakens their position. That's bad debating form and certainly contrary to their stated goal of changing people's minds.
Who's supposed to concede what?
What do they agree on? Besides the obvious-not liking Trump, etc., what else do they agree on in terms of the functioning of the Democratic Party?
Why would they concede points when both feel that they are correct? There was no moment here where one was swayed to the other side.
I think Destiny is correct and the facts on the ground support his positions on this. The idea that progressives are sooo popular but they're never able to win any elections anywhere is so asinine.
Unfortunately that's the problem with the left side of politics at the moment, the Trump cult is strong because they are unified behind one idiot.
Lefties cant agree to vote for the same candidate, the far left hates the moderate left even though they should be trying to convince them and the moderate left refuse to dive into the far left craziness.
@@jacktalks5008 If you listen to the interview, you'll see that they have a great deal of overlap in their ideas, but because they're approaching this as a debate instead of a discussion, they won't even acknowledge it. They both agree that the Left has better solutions than the Right, that Republicans controlling everything is a disaster, and that money in politics is a massive problem (among many other things).
Hey Bonnell, why don't U release a TV ad where U shoot at something with one of yor rifles, so as to leave NO DOUBT in the minds of "poorly educated" Trump "populist" voters whose side U R REALLY ON !! lmfao

Thank you Cenk for giving Destiny the rope on budget cuts on Pentagon. This is hilarious to watch. I'm pretty sure he's getting paid by someone in the state.
And just when I thought comments couldn’t get anymore smooth brain😂
Huh? He said he agreed to make cuts, he just disagreed with Cenk not being specific about the cuts.
Saying let’s cut 400 B is like Trump saying I have a concept of a plan. What does Cenk want to cut? That is what they were asking.
Cenk didn’t know how to answer so he just lied and said, see, you don’t want to cut the spending on the Pentagon!!
Destiny sums up exactly the kind of people who would say - "Why are you homeless? Just buy a home!" 😅
If AOC was european, she would be absolutely mainstream.
I can attest to that. Unfortunately, her type is a dime a dozen here.
He says Trump is barely in double digits in IQ points, when Kamala Harris isn't even in double digits. Funny how they keep illustrating reasons for their rejection without meaning to.
Destiny can't even manage his own household. He has nothing of value to add to more complex discussions.
As a Republican, I find this UA-cam video hilarious 🤣 🥃🔥
Replace republican with child and read again.
@ Tough 🤣
Don't worry, I'm sure they would also find you hilarious.
@@BenThere77 The United States saw an 18.1% increase in homelessness this year, a dramatic rise driven mostly by a lack of affordable housing as well as devastating natural disasters and a surge of migrants in several parts of the country, federal officials said Friday.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development said federally required tallies taken across the country in January found that more than 770,000 people were counted as homeless - a number that misses some people and does not include those staying with friends or family because they do not have a place of their own.
@@zcorpalpha2462 That was a pretty random response. I'm just assuming you are a Republican who thinks Trump is actually going to be able to fix anything. If so, the joke is on you. He's already making excuses about bringing down prices, and that was THE reason he won by that 1.5% margin. Remember, he'll bring grocery prices down and "it will happen fast!".
I love Destiny...he is the guarantee that MAGA will run the country for the next 2 decades.
We’d be in Idiocracy for real 😂
Can you imagine..? 2 decades of the dumbest people in charge?
@VA-gu1jq It would be terrible...but 20yrs of MAGA would be awesome.
Destiny needs to chill on his Adderall bro staring at the camera like a junkie stares at his pipe
