I grew up with an Alehouse down the street for over 20 years. They are really good, they have a cheeseburger w fries and drink for $16. Delicious and a heck of a deal!

Okay this is weird, My first date with my girl was 2 years ago today and we stopped at a Millers Ale House after mini golf for our first date. Mind you, there wasn't much eating going on...At least not food....
We had these in Columbus Ohio and the prime rib special was the GOAT when watching hockey and other sports while over indulging in the good beer selection, it was always packed and the food was consistently good alongside the service, unfortunately ours went downhill after I’d assume some management changes and it did eventually close, bummer tbh, I still hear good things like you clearly encountered elsewhere in the states.
I've said it before but you gotta try Ruby Tuesday. Get the Texas dry rub ribs, they bang. If you get the Triple Play you get tenders and shrimp and any side too.
Had miller's in Destin FL. And it was the best burger my husband ever had. The soft pretzel is huge and so good. Also good fried chicken sandwhich. Wish we had one here in NC.
Ale House is a sleeper goat. ranch is S tier and pretty much everything on the menu hits. Most importantly the prices make it even better. You can't go wrong.
