Gotta be honest, its a location thing. ive had three locations they were all very very different. inconsistent fry and a few messed up the sauces. Honey garlic was super crunch with no meat in the first two bites. I have Bonchon ahead, also bloom was super underwhelming, wasnt as crunchy the day I had it. and the crispy pork thingys lol i forget the name, had a super sour taste on whatever the sauce it was. like spoiled milk. Bonchon does a super dope fry with way more meat, they just need more sauce. Boom Boom chicken is my go to, get the breasts.
