Listen, if you're a minister or some high rank in this hellhole of a dictatorship, a.k.a. a key who contributes to holding the dictator in power, there's a good chance you'll be sacked, this is why so many of them build houses and estates outside TM so they can escape before being sent to Ovadan Depe (the prison for them, with attrociously low amounts of trash food, non-clean water, huge mosquito infestations, regular torture, beatings etc.). One of the governors got sacked for building one such estate in Uzbekistan without the president knowing (obviously), however he also messed up because Uzbekistan has bad relations with TM, because TM blamed UK for playing a part in assasination attempt on the dictator of TM. Anyhow, the dictator sacks ministers and other keys like this one on tv and outside tv because of the worse and worse state of the country, more than half of the population already fled, the 5+ million population of TM on Wikipedia is false info, there's less than 3 million people left because people are running like hell to Turkey, Uzbekistan, Russia, and other countries. So, the dictator tries to shift the blame on the ministers etc. by firing one of them from time to time, so the everyone doesn't blame the dictator for their hardships, but the various ministers. They're corrupt too, but some of them are effective leaders or leaders with experience, and the dictator messes up here because he replaces the ministers, like this one in this video, with just as corrupt leaders with even less competence or experience. Turkmenistan is slowly but surely dying, the dictators are incompetent, which suits the neighbouring countries so countries like Azerbaijan don't have competent competition for their gas exports, since TM doesn't export much, so unfortunately, there's not much hope that TM will become a democracy any time soon. It is really funny to have an INTERIOR minister while every country has an Internal Affairs Minister. As a journalist the uploader must know it better than viewers. Pity.
Okay boomer
I may have missed a meeting but the UK calls it Home Secretary, not interior minister, but thanks for putting me right, just confused as I work for the UK Government and can’t understand how I could have got it wrong all these years…
Russia, Nigeria, pakistan, Netherlands, Germany call it the ministry of the interior
USA has a secretary of the interior
Portugal has the Internal Administration Ministry.
The first part in which the so-called "President" dismissed the Interior Minister reminds me of The Apprentice Asia, while the second part in which who I assume as "representatives" of the people of Turkmenistan praise the so-called "President" reminds me of a clip from the 1977 edition of Vremya in which they report on a certain state meeting of the Soviet Union. Even I find the hall a little similar to the state meeting hall of the USSR!
I'm not a Russian. The clip is on UA-cam, and you're free to watch it as long as the uploader decides not to erase/delete it.
ХЕММЕ АЙДЫЛЯНЛАР ЯЛАН ОЛ ХАРАМГУЛЫЛЫН ОЗИ ПРАХОР

Wtf is that, it looks like a horror movie. Imagine you get up everyday and you see the ugly picture of that president everywhere in your city, it’s a psychological torture
I feel like watching a science fiction movie but with a bad taste !!! This guy is lunatic 🤪🤪🤪🤪
