8 eggs
2 cups Cottage cheese
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
I like to cook my pancakes in coconut oil because I enjoy the taste and it's extra added health benefits, butter is delicious to. Enjoy!
