I am Leslie from Uganda, Thank God I came across this teaching. I made a resolution to study the Word of God and asked God to help me understand Him and His Word more. And as I was struggling to understand this portion of scriptures, I came across this teaching. I'm grateful to God. Thanks Pastor David and may God continue to speak through you.

Such great preaching of the Word.
There is one thing I would like to know: God gave all those abilities as in verses 31:4-5 and other gifts, but why not in the manner of sharp their swords and they depended of their enemies to do so? Exactly the ones they would use on them?

A riddle to solve for the wise who study the Bible (Proverbs 1:6). In Exodus chapter 30 verses 11-12, "Then the LORD said to Moses, "When you take a census of the Israelites to count them, each one must pay the LORD a ransom for his life at the time he is counted. Then no plague will come on them when you number them." King David sinned in this manner when both the LORD and Satan got involved, while Satan and the LORD incited King David in their own ways -- ultimately, King David failed to honor the obedience as king (Deuteronomy 18:19) to collect the "ransom" for the lives of the Israelites for whom he was counting in two accounts of the same situation in the Bible. In 2 Samuel chapter 24 verse 1, "Again the anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and he incited David against them, saying, "Go and take a census of Israel and Judah." Again, in 1 Chronicles chapter 21 verse 1, "Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel." Both God and Satan are involved with this census-taking. This type of situation happened before with the Tree of Life, when both God and Satan were involved with the Tree of Life confrontation (Genesis 2:16-17; Genesis 3:1-7). With Satan's incitement, King David forgets his obedience to the Law by not informing Joab to collect the ransom for the lives of the Israelites for this census, and Joab said, "Why should he bring guilt on Israel?" (1 Chronicles 21:3). Well, the Bible does not say that Satan deceived King David like Eve, but King David may have been too incited by Satan in order to remember his obedience as king of Israel to collect the ransom in obedience to God. King David should have known better if he really wanted to be blessed as king with no sinful consequences. King David was conscience-stricken when he eventually realized this sin (2 Samuel 24:10). The consequence of disobeying God's word, regardless of Satan's incitement that could have made King David too angry to remember his obedience, was the same as the Law says, in that the Israelites experienced the deathly consequence of a plague that killed 70,000 Israelites as a result (2 Samuel 24:15; 1 Chronicles 21:14).

So if he says to rest on the sabbath why do they do it on Sunday? It’s also in the 10 commandments

Thank you for your comment! The day of rest is important, although remember that "the rest of the Lord" is something which transcends the Sabbath itself. Here is Pastor David's commentary on Hebrews chapter 4: "Entering Into His Rest"

But to the question of "why do they do it on Sunday," it is explained as the subject of this Q&A video. One of the main reason is to commemorate and honor the day of Christ's resurrection, which is central to the Christian experience. But there are other historical reasons as well:
