Where did the children of Israel get all the materials for the tabernacle in the middle of the desert? - gold, bronze, fine linens,etc - was it from the Egyptians when they first left Egypt? As I was reading these chapters of Exodus, I was struck by the complexity and intricate design of all the different parts of the tabernacle and wondered how the people would be able to carry out all these instructions from God. Well Chapter 31 gave me the answer - God gave them the supernatural ability and knowledge to do everything He commanded! What an awesome God! But I'm afraid He still wants me to study my textbook to pass my math exam!
I'm wondering if this is a Pentecost- persuaded church. I ask because of the 'fake worship' theory mentioned. Many times, when ministering in the Spirit or under Holy Ghost unction a spirit of excitement comes over the conveyor. Also some of our presentation can be cultural. When one cries, do we deem it fake because there is emotion involved in their testimony or proclamation?
