Very interesting your remark about the ornaments being used in the building of the Mishkan. I think that it is also very symbolic that it was with the earrings of the woman that the golden calf was made.
I don’t think the capitalization matters. The translator missed the boat many times. For instance, I have the KJV. Vs 2 doesn’t say MY Angel. It’s says an angel. No capitalization. In 23:20, Angel is capitalized and we know that was most likely pre incarnate Jesus. However, back in Genesis when the Angel of the Lord came to Hagar, angel isn’t capitalized there either and we also know that was pre incarnate Jesus. It’s really up to the reader to pay attention to what angels mentioned in the Bible say and have the power to do. Because if left up to the translator, it would be confusing.
They took off their ornaments because God told Moses to tell them to. They were however in deep morning. The KJV says when they heard these evil tidings instead of when they heard this bad news. Using the word evil I think shows just how deep and dark they felt without the presence of the Lord.
Abraham experience the presence of Jehova's Angel, which happens to be Yeshua ha Mashiaj. He is the way in which God is manifested to man (Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;)
Thank you for this. God bless your ministry sir.
Always brings to me joy ,DAVID GUZIK, your videos outstanding presentation ALWAYS!
Excelente take on the separation between the world, materialistic in nature versus the inner man, the spiritual man with a GOD in HIM.
Jesus Christ, You are speaking to me directly this morning that "that there has to be some element of separation to have God Himself."
Lord I need you in my life 🙏
That is why He is also called Emmanuel (Isaiah 7:14). He also gave us the assurance in Matthew 28:20 that He is always with us.

Its says face to face like friends. Then its says no one can see Gods face? Abraham spoke to God face to face they eat together.
He explained that in the video.

That is not biblical. Moses did not actually see God.
Moses he spoke face to face but did not see the Face of God
Yes, ornaments are significant of idol worship, it's pagan/Egyptian culture. Christians must not wear ornaments because it shows what they believe.
Ouch! We are self oriented
