Tree of Life Guided Meditation - Sacred Tree Knowledge and Rejuvenation

TREE OF LIFE
The Tree of Life is an archetypal symbol used in many practices. In this meditation it represents you, your growth into a mature tree sharing the fruits of your life with the world.
Trees are the scared keepers of ancient wisdom. Each tree is different in what it has to share with us. Make a note of the type of tree you are, your flowers and fruit. Each of these are symbolic and will have sacred knowledge to give you. Look them up after the meditation for insights from the Tree of (your) Life.
During this guided meditation you will assume your own tree form, receiving nutrients from the Earth and energy from the Sun to nurture, sustain, energise and grow you.
My meditations always start by allowing a blend of energies to surround and protect you while you meditate. They end with a sequence to bring you back and ground you.
As with any meditation, make sure you are fully grounded afterwards. Drinking water, touching the floor with your hands and feet at the same time, tugging your earlobes, walking in nature, are examples of methods that help to ground you.
This guided visualisation incorporates the meaning and purpose of trees, Earth, Sun and other symbolism.
