Yes, you can use it to book appointment but make sure you get the hard copy before the main day

Also should my resumption date be the date that’ll be written on the contract.
Also if we’re booking an appointment should we just write our details directly or we should write the word NAME before writing our name
The word DATE OF BIRTH before writing our date of birth

Your resumption date should be the date or it can be one day earlier.

I wrote my e- test from Czech university of life science on the 9th of April and I was told that I would get the results of the test on the 18th but I am to get any response . What do I do

I thought it was only criminal record and that will be super legalized on the day of interview
You authentic both at the ministry of foreign affairs. Without the stamp from there, the documents will not be superlegalised
