If they go the other route then unki hi badnami hogi ki pata chalne par bhi koi correct action nahi liya ja raha. Phir toh sab women employees resign kar denge. Though this is not related to 1 company, i was told by a senior manager that they hire 1 women employee in a team of 4 men employees just to increase the productivity of those 4 men. So sadly this entire mindset should change.
@bhai company will ask for proof and all, kyunki case karte time story pe believe nahi karte proof chahiye hota hai and kratika di ke paas enough proof nhi huye toh defamation ka case kar sakte hain company wale. Also, she can't reveal company's name becuase if they get to know about this video and her channel, ye video shut down ho skti hai plus, they can use their power in a wrong way and ofc they can easily manipulate their employees.
Kudos to you that you didn't let your dignity die. Many people I have seen (especially girls because they encounter such kind of "offers" more often than guys) starts to walk on this route because of the glamour and money. But they should realize, it doesn't have any end. You are just being "USED" ,later that person would have all your personal information and can ruin you character and life because when you will STOP doing such favours to him or he just gets bored of you ,he would surely try to ruin your character. And this applies to guys as well, don't indulge in these kind of activities else you can face such allegations backed up by solid but fake proofs that will absolutely destory your character. You will be jobless for life because of such unprofessional behaviour.
Its not about any organisation fault or culture, its depends upon person who took the interview. Each person has their own personality, mindset and thinking process. I am working in corporate not all the person are same. In every sector such kind of people are always there who think women are less capable of men to satisfy their own ego.
To those who all are saying, reveal the name. Trust me you can't even expect what worst can come by doing this. Firstly, India is moving towards capitalism, cherry on the cake just a simple background of you can put you in deepest grave.
This kind of incident happened to me tooo.....nd tbh i haven't even completed my graduation now.....and now I have to do mba but i am seriously scared of interviews now Feels like that i should not go for any job now. And it was multiple times even in the job premises 🙂 I am traumatized by seeing your video tooo😂😂thats why i am scared to start my career 🫠

Most of these people are very influential and if you say anything about them their peers and company will in turn start defaming you and destroy your career. Better to collect evidence during such scenarios or stay quiet or just aware people around you about the incident so that they can protect themselves in future.
