I was in class 9 -10, when I used to watch Awakening with Brahmakumaris episodes of Shivani Didi with Suresh Oberoi. I can't tell how much it helped. Those times were extremely difficult for my family. It was my only peace and like a meditation for me. Thank you Shivani Didi for giving me sunlight during my dark phase in life.

I am pregnant and I am listening to BK shivani since my childhood. I somehow lost the practice since last 3-4 years but I have started again. My husband is also inclined towards listening to positive podcasts. My request is to kindly make more such contents for pregnant women so that we do our share by listening to these podcasts and make a difference in the lives of children who will come in the world towards their emotional intelligence. 15 years back when I was in school I used to see Sister Shivani's "Awakening with Brahma Kumaris" religiously, every day without a miss.. bcoz that time it wasn't available on UA-cam, so if I missed an episode means I wouldn't get it back, so after coming from school I would finish up all my work prior just to see "Awakening" from 7:10-7:40pm on Aastha channel. And believe me these 15 yrs of my life have been sooo beautiful and light bcoz I turned from 'taker' to 'giver'. So when I reflect back to those 15yrs I feel so proud of myself, I feel so happy and content inside that I feel like I can leave the world proudly( whenever of course) but without any regret or left desire in my heart to accomplish.😇😇😇
@@lavinahariyani4892 I practice half an hour Meditation and half an hour Spiritual study daily which helps me to RESPOND to a situation MY WAY and not people's way.. when someone is angry with me, at that moment it's very easy to flow with the same energy and shout back but I CHOOSE to respond peacefully bcoz peace comforts me and also it has many benefits - my relationship does n't get damaged bcoz my words are in my control, my health remains good and we look for the solution instead of blaming each other, so it saves time also. Anger is not power, controlling anger is power and that power comes through Meditation when we connect (remember) to our SUPREME FATHER who is the Ocean of peace, purity, love, happiness, knowledge, power and bliss. I'm the MASTER of my mind and not slave to my mind and I choose to remain happy in every scene of my life. Situations can't steal my happiness. For 1 day you can experiment, take it as a game, for 1 day no matter what happens, what people say or what situation comes let nothing take away your happiness. You can also visit to the nearest Brahma Kumaris centre to learn meditation. It's absolutely free of cost.
Another gem of a session. I did my first course at Brahmakumari years ago and felt the connection right away. I loved when BK Shivani mentioned surrender. It was amaaaaazing!!! It felt like it was exactly the thing I needed at the moment. It's a long shot, but still want to try - I have a suggestion. Ranveer, if you could collaborate with Sister Shivani for a short series where you could discuss about love and relationships, I feel it would be of immense help to a lot of youngsters out there. I've been listening to Sister Shivani for many years now, and she's absolutely amazing. But the kind of conversation she had with you felt different from her normal videos as here she was talking to a young person, addressing young people problems specifically. I am pregnant and I am listening to BK shivani since my childhood. I somehow lost the practice since last 3-4 years but I have started again. My husband is also inclined towards listening to positive podcasts. My request is to kindly make more such contents for pregnant women so that we do our share by listening to these podcasts and make a difference in the lives of children who will come in the world towards their emotional intelligence. Thanks a ton for making a difference to my and my child's life as am sure the child listened to each of the word and must have absorbed everything

15 years back when I was in school I used to see Sister Shivani's "Awakening with Brahma Kumaris" religiously, every day without a miss.. bcoz that time it wasn't available on UA-cam, so if I missed an episode means I wouldn't get it back, so after coming from school I would finish up all my work prior just to see "Awakening" from 7:10-7:40pm on Aastha channel. And believe me these 15 yrs of my life have been sooo beautiful and light bcoz I turned from 'taker' to 'giver'. So when I reflect back to those 15yrs I feel so proud of myself, I feel so happy and content inside that I feel like I can leave the world proudly( whenever of course) but without any regret or left desire in my heart to accomplish.😇😇😇

@@lavinahariyani4892 I practice half an hour Meditation and half an hour Spiritual study daily which helps me to RESPOND to a situation MY WAY and not people's way.. when someone is angry with me, at that moment it's very easy to flow with the same energy and shout back but I CHOOSE to respond peacefully bcoz peace comforts me and also it has many benefits - my relationship does n't get damaged bcoz my words are in my control, my health remains good and we look for the solution instead of blaming each other, so it saves time also. Anger is not power, controlling anger is power and that power comes through Meditation when we connect (remember) to our SUPREME FATHER who is the Ocean of peace, purity, love, happiness, knowledge, power and bliss. I'm the MASTER of my mind and not slave to my mind and I choose to remain happy in every scene of my life. Situations can't steal my happiness. For 1 day you can experiment, take it as a game, for 1 day no matter what happens, what people say or what situation comes let nothing take away your happiness.
You can also visit to the nearest Brahma Kumaris centre to learn meditation. It's absolutely free of cost.

It's a long shot, but still want to try - I have a suggestion. Ranveer, if you could collaborate with Sister Shivani for a short series where you could discuss about love and relationships, I feel it would be of immense help to a lot of youngsters out there. I've been listening to Sister Shivani for many years now, and she's absolutely amazing. But the kind of conversation she had with you felt different from her normal videos as here she was talking to a young person, addressing young people problems specifically.
So if a short series can happen with the two of you, it would be beyond amazing
