    Lead this is so exciting!! Freedom Acres Orchard is coming along beautifully. I can see once the roots are established how all the different colors from all the blossoms and fruits will just make the land even more breath taking. Lol those chickens was waiting for a snack from you.

    My son does landscaping and charges $2000 for trees that size! Good job, that is a smart decision to take those trees to FA

    My Arkansas Black didn't make it but have Pink Lady, Anna and Honey Crisp left that's budding. Lead watching you all have motivated me to just transfer our fruit trees in the ground from buckets on almost an acre. It's finally coming together

    Good going Lead! All I can hear is your voice in my head, "plant now!!" and I'm in a temporary home, but I planted watermelon, honeydew, cabbage, green onions, beets, carrots, lettuce and sunflowers in Oklahoma City anyway!!! I guess if I move, others will benefit from the harvest, but I'm taking my 2 peach trees, blackberry bush, roses and hostices with me if I can!😂

    Omg are you moving the loquats too? I've moved 2 big apple trees and a grapefruit tree from other people homes. It's crazy that they bounce back.

    I love watching all that you’re doing on your property. Just curious how your chickens do free ranging. Don’t you have to deal with other wildlife going after them?

      yes I have to worry about predators but the rooster "THE WAR-DEN" really helps keep the dangers away from them. he will fight for them until the end.

    There's your turkey and the other girls. Fresh dirt, looking for worms and bugs they didn't have to work hard for. I got 2 Arkansas apples on my tree last year. I knew it was time to eat because something beat me to the ripest one. It was delicious. Pray I get more. That wS the 1st year.

      no that is where pruning comes in to play. I want them very close like this for a reason. it will be quite a showpiece when coming down the driveway

      I’m sorry, but you do not know what you are talking about. I have done this several times over my many years. Nothing will happen to this tree. This may have happened to you but it has never happened to me and I have planted many peach plum nectarine trees.

      I hope it won't happen. It hasn't happened to me yet either. It's just a big tree and its roots have been cut off. In any case, hopefully this tree won't die.
