The Colby's Set and Actress Emma Samms

Emma Samms began her American career as "Holly" on the ABC soap, "General Hospital". During the 80's the series "Dynasty" was a huge hit. Emma joined the cast as Fallon (replacing Pamela Sue Martin). ABC aired a spin-off called "The Colbys and Fallon had a new home.. I visited the set and interviewed British born actress Emma Samms.

Pamela sue Martin, when she left dynasty,it was a big mistake,in her career,she never recovered Emma played Fallon, different, emotional .and good choice at the time, because the storyline needed Fallon to come back.with Pamela not coming back

I can confirm that we always called it Dinner-sty here in England. I never heard it said the American way at the time it was on TV, only more recently. Never knew Maxwell Caulfield was British. Great accent.

Emma was actually great in Dynasty Season 9 and in Models Inc. She was great with the right direction and material.
