Great job on the videos as a industrial maintenance tech it's always nice getting an honest review from someone who actually uses the tools. Can't justify $150 for for the ty-wrap till I see how often I'd actually grap them rather then my small milwaukee flush cutters, so this is a great option.
Ha! I have the blue one, and vaguely different, but I didnt even know it could go passed zero on the tensioner because theres either no lubricant in the mech or that the know is infinitely worse on mine than yours..
How did you get it to cut flush? With the thickness of the metal between the blade and the cable tie buckle, it doesn't look possible for it to cut flush and the knock off I bought on @mazon sure couldn't make a flush cut.
Idiot comment: I use ties to close up bags of material but need to really crank them tight - do you have a video or can you comment on if these types of tools will help you get ties super tight? Thanks! Sincerely - An Idiot
$24.78... Or $10... I just got the Knoweasy gun... It's kind of heavy, but for my purpose, I need a gun that will CRANK that zip tie. Maybe I will get BOTH! IMHO
@@rjsmith5250 No, I trimmed with scissors. It leaves sharp corners. The one I got was all metal, and of a design different from this. BUT IT CRANKS! IMHO. www.amazon.com/Cable-Handle-Plastic-Fasteners-Inches/dp/B07BFTPQX4/ref=psdc_507844_t2_B08FR639VX

No adjustment that I know of. Mine has just flush cut well from the box
Hello. Would it be strong enough for 14.5 “ zip ties with loop tensile strength 50 lbs? Thank you.
Yes it is!

They will crank them tight enough to break. So yes i think they would work for what you are doing as long as they are not the heavy duty 1/2 wide ones
use 2:
Castration of goats and sheep with cable ties by farmers worldwide

I picked up one of those and couldn't get a flush cut to save my life. Did yours cut as flush as the one in this video?
