    READ BEFORE COMMENTING:
    1. If you like this case, I have two similar ones: ua-cam.com/video/9Vq50Lv_t0M/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/JCVJ4duHNjc/v-deo.html
    2. Regarding Daniel being the father:
During my research, several news media outlets reported that Ashley had a 7-year-old son with Daniel. I relied on this information because, as you know, published news media are supposed to have professional journalists who vet their sources!
    Proof:
    From the Independent: www.the-independent.com/news/world/americas/crime/ashley-bocanegra-georgia-murder-love-triangle-b2146129.html
“Ms Bocanegra shared a seven-year-old son with Ms Gonzalez's brother, who was also in the apartment at the time of the attack”
However, based on comments, it seems the 7-year-old is not Daniel & Ashleys son, so this needs to be corrected (although I’m still not sure!).
The rest of the true crime case appears accurate. Just one unfortunate takeaway.
Rest in peace, Ashley Bocanegra 🙏

      @@CrimesAnatomy
The cop who testified at the sister's trial, didn't read Ashley's full text to the jury. I've seen the actual text, it was Ashley's last text to Daniel and in it, she wrote: "I was fine until your sister kicked me in my heart and my back and my chest." She said: "Now I can't breathe and my heart is skipping beats". Ashley seemed to be trying to identify her murderer in this text. Ashley died from a lacerated adrenal gland and lacerated liver and blunt force trauma to the head. Her spleen was also lacerated and she had broken ribs and her lungs were leaking a tremendous amount of fluid. Her autopsy report declared her death to be a homicide caused by a lacerated adrenal gland and blunt force trauma. So both Antonetta and the sister are equally responsible for her murder. Ashley walked into the hospital with two black eyes and multiple bruises and lacerations on her skull and on her face and on her back and body. She also had several BITE marks from Antoneta on her right cheekbone and on her arms. Antonetta punched Ashley in the face and head so many times that some of her fingernails broke during the fight. A witness who saw the fight and called the police, said that the blood on Ashley's forehead could be seen from across the street. I still don't understand why these two murderers didn't get life for their crime.

Even though the not girlfriend, /not fiance said that she would murder her. She was seeing it during the fight. Premeditation would mean that they planned on luring her and killing her. Not just jumping her or beating her up, no matter how they got her there. If anything was premeditated it would be the assault and battery. Now if the fight continued. Once she got to the house after they took her phone with the intent on finishing her off, then they would have been able to add the premeditated murder charge If not, first degree.

I have serious reservations about the boyfriend's claim of being unaware during the horrific assault. His decision to close the door after witnessing the injured individual suggests that he may have been more concerned about appeasing his girlfriend, possibly out of fear. In my view, he bears significant responsibility, akin to that of the two individuals who perpetrated the attack. Additionally, the behavior exhibited by the sister during the interrogation, raises concerns about her judgment and understanding of the situation.

Antonetta lures the girl in and beats her down. She manipulates the 17 yr old sister into believing she was just going to record, but then invites her to strike a bruised and battered Ashely. The purpose of her having the sister participate was to add insult to injury. That is why Ashley asked during the attack, “aren’t you his sister”. She used the sister as a tool or control mechanism to create a family divide against Ashley and further isolate Daniel from both his family and lover. Remember that most of Daniel’s family support systems were hundreds of miles away in New York. His kids and sister was all the family he had next to him and Antonetta made sure to put them against him. She knew what she was doing, that’s why she played the Bipolar card when the police came knocking. As for Daniel, no one is perfect, but Ashley took a beating and died for you, the least you could have done was call an ambulance and 911.

Who is the father of Ashley's son?- if it is Daniel how old was he when they got together (the maths are not adding up). I saw this case yesterday on another channel. It's very obvious that the creature in the thumbnail, the murderer-accomplice lacks critical brain cells. They stole her phone ( the victim's), lured her in their home and they beat the hell out of her 2 vs one..they just took an innocent person's life. She must have been brought to this world loved by her parents, family and friends. They took the life out of her so cold bloodedly. I find no room for sympathy for these two murderers. Jail is too good a privilege and comfortable for killers like these two criminals. And here is the thing about the USA. I have been watching a hell of a lot of videos on crimes committed by Americans. It's always about insurance, jealousy, passion, fear of secrets being found out, gang related, cops gone rogue generally. In this case, the root cause was jealousy. It's a dangerous place and I'm glad I'm not an American.

Well summarised , this one was interesting because the motive… raw , and delusional jealously.

    RIP Ashley Bocanegra.
I want to add it was Ashley’s fiancée birthday the day this all went down. she told him she was going to go get him a birthday cake. At the time she was responding to “Daniel’s” text messages about him getting kicked out.
Ashley’s fiancée had no idea Ashley was cheating. When Ashley came home badly beaten she lied and said she was jumped by some random girl. Down playing and lying about the severity of it all. Unfortunately Ashley passed before telling her fiancée the true story.
I can’t imagine the pain Ashley’s fiancée must’ve felt loosing her on his birthday. He blamed himself saying had it not been for it being his birthday this wouldn’t have happened to her.
Only later, To learn of her cheating.
Having to raise his baby without Ashley.
There are many innocent people in this senseless act of violence.
Boundless love and healing to those affected by this tragedy

Definitely the sister is a sociopath, I don't think the other girl intended to kill the victim... Even though she was rumbling stupidity out the whole in her face🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. She should of taken into consideration that the victim was petite and extremely, obviously fragile next to her.

  • @AprilGarcia-sm4bi

I don't even know what to make of the sister. I don't know if she is just still very mentally immature and that has her behaving this way or if maybe she has a mental issue going on. Things like the repeated stroking of the hair, the grimace, the laughter, the detachment from any emotion whatsoever concerning the victim... Idk. Maybe she's just wicked. Which makes her behavior that much more alarming.

They played the sister like a fiddle and you can tell she knew it at the end. There was a moment where she knew she fkd up and that’s why she asked how Ashley B died, trying to find out if it was from her kicking her. SMH how did they not get life in prison
