The emotion he puts behind it, and the ease of going into such a run is worth coming back to UA-cam just to see this video. That’s amazing. This is one of my favorite Sam smith songs but the disclosure remix. I love the words so after discovering the acoustic version that is now my preferred listening choice. And it’s one that as my wedding approaches I’m finding myself desiring the same to have it played. My fiancé is convinced I have a nice singing voice and so this one she coached me on for months. I used to listen to his album around this time of last year, because thats when I really got into his music. It was a time, where I just felt lost and lonely, for no particular reason at all. I remember sitting in my room all day, having my earphones in constantly and just thinking about life. Even though, I now find it rather empowering, it was one of the darkest times of my life. Whenever I hear his songs now, I just get really emotional, not because it necessarily reminds me of that time, but it brings back that particular feel (does anyone know what im talking about).. I just cant stop listening to this album and it hurts..ugh
