Hello saket Kunal this side , i have been following you for about a year now and also made my custom workout plan considering things you mentioned in your videos. Earlier i used to follow push pull legs but now i follow a chest tricep back biceps legs shoulders But i saw a video in which the guy said that we should not be training legs and shoulders on the same day as leg is a big muscle group and needs more blood for recovery and if we train both on the same days then the supply of blood divides into upper and lower body which might not be the best thing if you want to grow your legs. What are your views on this?

Hey saket i seen this video 1 year ago and now i came return on this video to tell you the results because of those things whatever you tell in video my journey is become more easy and effective now i am 72 kg with preetty good muscle mass before 1 year i was 57 kg thanks to saket my idol ❤
Well I'm working out at home but I can say I got above average physique and I would love to share some tips too 1: Count your Macros and Calories 2: Consume whole foods while bulk, switch to supplements while on a cut, like whey protein, (creatine supplement should be their in ur diet irrespective of bulk and cut) 3: Train till until u r fatigue (till failure basically) 4: Don't over complicate your diet and workouts (3-4 variations per muscle group are sufficient) 5: Increase volume and progressively increase weight.
the last part of the video was great but saket i in no condition skip i don't care where i go but where i go i use ground bars trees anything for my workout if i don't have weight i use rocks instead but i don't skip never a chance ALHAMDULLILAH if i go in the hilly areas and its a push day so i do pushups if its pull day i use trees for pull ups
