Ok honestly, I tried this recipe and it tasted really bad. Like it was super super bitter and the amount of coffee was over powering the chocolate. The ratio as per me, being a chef myself, was wrong I guess. It needed less coffee and a little more sugar

Sir, frothing the milk is good, in addition if you froth the hot water mix, reducing the amount of hot water, till it become super creamy, it will taste out of this world. Sugar plus instant coffee and cocoa powder with small amount of hot water becomes super creamy on frothing for some time.

i do it like this: 2 tbsp instant coffe 2 tbsp sugar milk mix it then put it in the microwave for about 2 min take it out and mix again with a spoon and enjoy.
