- In this Elden Ring guide I'm going to show you how to get to Leyndell Capital before ANY boss and it's NOT the explosion tear!! I can't wait for you to see this
This works and has been tested on PC, Xbox and PlayStation and as of current patch 1.09.1 in Elden Ring.

Got it on my second try. Also FYI to anyone trying to skip the lift into leyndell - you can take the warp chest and then put down a summon sign, with taunter's tongue and wait for an invader to go up the the lift. The person who invaded me waved and left and I took the lift down.
Im new to elden ring, do I put down the summoner sign right after warping?
Doesnt work if your wl is less than +8 /4 and under rl 60

@@REDLion-dt1ym unfortunately mate it’s all about lining it up and timing it right in that raised bit. I’m otherwise it’s take everything out first 🤣
This is now one of my favorite weapons as it can one-shot many lesser enemies. However I think you need to be much stronger before attempting to get it. You can't really run past everything to reach it. I had to complete the White Mask Varré quest and use an invader to get early access to Leyndell Capital. I simply waited for an invader at the Divine Bridge and he had to use the lift to get to me. I got killed but the invader unlocked the lift.

Thanks a lot man, was farming the achievements and that was the only weapon i'm missing to get platinum on ps5, but i beat malaketh so i couldn't get it. I tried from NG+ and got it in 10 mins from the beginning! Got lucky with the force quit glitch and did it in 3 tries, and the parkour at the end was easy because I just killed all the enemies since I was level 150, so I kept trying and got it. Liked and subbed.

TYVM! i actually nailed the jump first try but slipped off on the last section that you have to jump over to get the spear.. Gut wrenching. Took 7 tries before i got the jump again lol

Thanks, just got it after about 30-40 minutes of trying that last parkour section. Just starting on the game, and using a controller on PC for the first time in ages. So took me a while to get those jumps down. The first time I had made it up I got sniped down lol

I forgot to add. I did this run from creating a level 1 character to grabbing the bolt of gransax 35 minutes. Just to put into context how quick it can be done 😎✌🏻
aggymatt! Man, I've been having trouble! Its that jump onto the octogon building before the tricky jump to the corner ledge. Any advice? There's a guard standing right in front of the cracked wall too. Help!

Thanks bro super helpful and easy to understand. Spent 40min trying the first jump between the gap, but it was worth it. Tip: People using PC better off use keyboard to jump, you'll jump higher than using controller.

6-30-24 and can confirm this still works on PC. Alt + F4 at the 99% mark. Took many tries but I finally got it!

@@Kriggleton aw nice mate. Yeah you could go dex faith and use the ancient dragon lightning spells. Lighting scales with faith and dex and is pretty op mate
So pleased I stumbled upon this. Was planning on a new character using Gransax in anticipation of the DLC, and planned to rush Godrick, Rennala and Godfrey to get it early ... this saves a lot of effort and will let me have fun with Gransax earlier. Ta very much.

thank you so much man and you're really funny lol, gotta prepare for the DLC so wanted to get the Star Fists(probably strongest fist weapon right now) and thankfully found your vid on it, PS4 user. Also this can be used for getting the Envoy's Long Horn by farming the enemies at the beginning that us the horns(specifically the last one with the long horn) which is also a great weapon.

I really want that horn!!!!! And those star fists are gonna be part of my build I’m finishing off now. Just got it on ps5 !!!! Tip I have for those looking to try it is wait 0.5 seconds after pressing okay and force quit the game as quickly as you can after that :)

A fun, don't have to die over and over to memorize melee moveset, god slayer weapon that will pokey poke with inherent lightning behind a greatshield. If you're into the dragon lore, and are looking to build an electrifying tarnished, enjoy the strategy of being at range, then the Bolt Of Gransaxe is for you. The emphasis is on fun - instead of cussing, cursing, being annoyed, frustrated even angry "you've died" over and over again is just insane - I've seen this on youtube, on twitch. Yeah, the Bolt Of Gransaxe just may be the answer to experiencing enjoyment playing Elden Ring.
It’s a really fun weapon man. I enjoyed using it but I did find it quite boring as I got towards end game with it. It was super fun to try something different tho for myself

This still works in 2024, the most dificult part for me, was the bug to respawn inside the castle, but is possible

Cheers for watching mate 👍🏼🦊 I wasn’t able to upload the video as where I was in in between software at the time the recordings were corrupted. I could do this again if it was wanted? Essentially it would be to visit the sleeping dragon in caelid and farm a couple of times for the required levels, then grabbing the finger seal, flame grant me strength and golden vow and the faith and light night tears for the physio flask.
Levelling up faith as a main stat with dexterity as the second stat as lighting damage scales with faith and dexterity. Hope that helps mate

@aggymatt will do , I'm like level 63 and I started off as a samurai and I've already gotten 27 dex so far since I plan on using rivers of blood when I get it but I will for sure be dual wielding this and rivers of blood

Yeah this is known as a "wrong warp", Each game by fromsoft has had this in some form .
The game forgets the player location when the game is shut down as it finishes loading, so the devs solution is to have a "default location" that the player gets sent to if this happends (in this case, the default location is right after the sentinel & the wall)

May 2024 it still works on xbox series s, the hard part for me was to trigger the bug, I made the parkour on the second attempt
I started a new game for this to get the achievement but the game didn't gave it to me, it seems that you need to have all the legendary weapons in the same save so at this point I can only a start a new game plus (which I don't have time for now and that's why I was looking for some kind of bug like this :D)
If you was trying to do it on the same save for the achievement mate. You could make a back up save and do it at the beginning of ng+ if you wanted to just get the trophy

You should probably add a warning that shutting off your console while it's saving or loading can irrevocably corrupt your save data. That's why every game ever has that "This game uses an autosave feature. Don't turn off your console when you see this symbol" message.
Corrupted data may not be a big deal when you're 30 minutes into a meme run, but the people who have actually been exploring and fighting bosses for some 30+ hours and just haven't gone to Leyndell yet, a corrupted game file would be a painful loss.

Thing is lots of people at level 1 or even higher will surely die a good many times before reaching and getting Gransax....as could be seen you did from the couple "Retrieve Vigor" indicators along the way. I recall on my way to got through the areas on my normal playthrough to get Gransax I was much higher level and those enemies along the way were pure hell. And that is not even counting the deathtrap jumps, parkouring and climbing and getting attacked while doing so.
Yah I hear what you’re saying mate 👍🏼 obviously i died along the way as I said in the video it was just a challenge to see if I could do it at level one and that others can if they chose too. I like to try and do weapon runs for new players and current players to make full runs interesting and different. It’s a level 70+ ish area on a normal playthrough. Thanks for watching mate 🦊

For PC users. If you stuck on the. Part where you Force to quit the game. I suggest that you Go to settings then set your Screen reso to windowed It makes you faster to force quit the game. Timing is the key On the loading screen

I can not do this on my ps5. Soon as it gets to the point of having to close the game out and loading it back up it has me loaded in the round table. I tried for almost an hour yesterday lol my game loads ridiclousy fast and I think that might be the issue for me. Is there any other way to cheese your way there?
Aw no way man ha ha. The only other way I have seen the skip done is by doing another method at the top of the lift which is using the exploding tear in the physic flask. I did try that before this one but I couldn’t manage that but there are a few videos on that method. Just type in Lyndell skip and they should pop up ☺️🦊

Hey man. So the force quit is quitting you straight from the game. On the time I say in the video where the arrow is you wanna press Alt + F4 at that moment then reload the game. It may take a few tries but you'll get it mate 👍🏻

Bro I just got it lol. The bar loaded so fast I caught myself in the hold. Had to force leave a little bit earlier
Are you able to perform the force quit section as many times as you want until you get it right on one save file or do I have to make a new one every time I fail? My Series S seems to load the Roundtable Hold quite fast so it’s a bit tricky getting the timing down.
You can attempt it as many times as you want. When I did it in my Mrs Xbox I was there about 49 minutes trying. Just keep repeating the process from the divine tower ☺️ the time I nailed it in the Xbox was as soon as I clicked to the round table I was instantly in the buttons to give myself the last split second to keep an eye in the bar to force quit. It’s just before it hits 100% you need to trigger it.
