You can't enable JIT on iOS 17, unless you are using AltServer 1.7 (Only for Mac, not Windows). If you're using Mac AltServer 1.7, follow these instructions. If you're under iOS 17, I found a workaround: Go to github.com/mspvirajpatel/Xcode_Developer_Disk_Images/releases and download the version.zip under "Assets" for your iOS version. If the version doesn't exist, try the versions closest to it. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\AltServer\DeveloperDiskImages\iOS Extract the ZIP file to this folder. If you downloaded a version close to your iOS version, rename the folder that was just extracted to your iOS version. Now you can enable JIT Try updating to IOS 17
Ok I did that now I get the message the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process - c:\programdata\altserver/developerdiskimages\ios\16.1\developerdiskimage.dmg Any help with that please I tried deleting the 16.1 file already there but it just says the same thing I also renamed the new file to 16
Also I said I tried to delete the original 16.1 but if I navigate back to file location it’s still there along with the new file I renamed to 16 Not sure what I’m supposed to do here thanks for your help

Honestly mine took a very long time. I turned screen lock off and left the phone for about 20-30 minutes. It's because of internet connection and the servers that host the app being either overloaded and not fast enough. Also your computer needs to be on and with alt server running. And I'd suggest having your phone near your wifi router.

Good video, i noticed you configured joycons as controllers too, do they work as independent wiimotes or as a single cntroller?, can you use their gyroscopes for motion sensing?
Single controller or separate. Go to controller settings on your device to check the configuration. No Motion control when I last used them but it might have been updated since. So just test it and see
You won't find that answer on UA-cam. Links and mentioning it have got me in trouble before. There's archives and reddit posts that will point you in the right direction.
@@Zaviertheblogger JIT is the recompiled used to run the games on the CPU. It translates the code in real time. It’s crucial to dolphin. Apple only allows JIT to work after a debug program has been run. Hopefully this will change when sideloading apps becomes a part of the OS in iOS 17.
Because it’s illegal to distribute the ROMs. If you own the game then you can dump the games to a PC. That’s the only legal explanation I can give. And yes Nintendo have blocked videos where I have given the information before. Ask Reddit or Google. They’ll be able to help you with dumping ROMs and maybe finding them.
If you mean the folder where they’re kept on Dolphin or your PC. The PC is a folder I made myself. And on Dolphin I show you where they’re moved to in the video. You choose a location you like and the. They’re automatically moved to a software folder.
Try switching everything off and on again Check your firewall Try plugging the phone into the laptop Make sure Wi-Fi sync is switched on Have iTunes on (if using windows) Mail app open (for Mac)

Unfortunately you can't. You need to enable JIT every time you open the app.

What format do the games have to be in? All the ones I download are greyed out. Do zip files have to be extracted?
Yes iso gcm or ciso. Also make sure the files are not locked to read only

Rogue Squadron is notoriously tricky. Go on dolphin wiki. They’ll give you settings that can help. I think you need to underclock the cpu

You have to renew it every week. If it says no longer available. Reinstall alt store using your PC or Mac and then renew Dolphin.
