Excellent vid Don't suppose you could do a video on a quick simple routine of fencing drills, exercise etc whilst somewhere like a bedroom? I've been an active fencer for many years, however part of my job involves me moving to often very rural and underdeveloped places in Asia, and I struggle to keep my fencing up whilst away. Thank you.
Hello. I haven't fenced for years but I do wanna get good, and recently my coach showed me this. You need a tennis ball. So you get in en guard position and hold the ball with your playing hand, you throw slightly the ball on the ground, so that when it goes up, it is around your head. Then once the ball starts to accelerate down, you explode your hand forward and pick it up. The two goals are to hit without back/sideways with the arm, only strike forward. And the second goal is that once you pick up the ball it should be located around the line of the heart of your oponent. Hope that helps!
