  • We start out in the Weaver, MN area and follow a LOUD SD60 to Minnisota City. Then a westbound intermodel in the same area. Next we travel up to Red Wing, MN and see a "Bandit" shuffling around. Our final spot is at Valley City, ND where we follow a single SD60 stuggling to keep it's train moving east. All shot in October, 1993.
    Thanks for watching!

I’ve always wondered who the classless scumbag at Soo Line was who would defile a decent paint scheme like Milwaukee’s so horribly. I would think that considering what they paid in order to finally beat the Northwestern at something they. would have treated it better. Looking at what kind of time it took to convert a unit in the bandit scheme as to what it would have taken to simply remove the logos, paint out words in orange and numbers in black, use their regular Venus bold extended black numbers and the soo line lettering on the nose in black, it would have been about the same and they would have shown some good will amongst the Milwaukee employees. I wonder what Wallace Abbey would have thought?

Woodman Gaming interesting. In most other videos I read that it is the turbo rotor being slightly imbalanced due to carbon buildup on the blades. Easily fixed by taking the turbo out and steam cleaning it.
