I really hope we don't get a King of supports but instead the whole Round Table xD I am using Cookout, GP, Thermite and Railgun vs bugs. These performs so smooth together.
I shot a titan straight in the face with a recoilless and it died INSTANTLY This poor dude came out of a breach and died. He was half outside the hole. I felt bad for him lmao, got spawntrapped.
Just by taking thermite you can already handle all the heavies. Equip ammo pack and you should be able to run with any stratagem combo. This update is a game changer.
One cool thing about this patch is that now you can actually try different weapons and have fun with them. I believe we will see much more variety now.

Very happy to see fun added back to the game. This will really let players change their load outs and test new stuff for fun. Before hand, people just used the same stuff cause it was the only stuff that was effective.
The eruptor feels amazing again. Just ran a game with the flame thrower and eruptor and it can one shot medium enemies again. You can take out bile spewers from a distance and then use the flamethrower for chaff clear. Felt amazing to use

Old range back and 1 more hit is good. Well hope they don't nerf things again cuz being overpowered or feeling strong is good in a PvE Coop game and on lvl 10 you can still die very fast.
Thank goodness the old flamethrower animations are back as well. Good gracious, a team of fire and gas will obliterate bugs now. Now all we need in a flamethrower sentry and guard dog. 💀
So I played the flamer a bit earlier today and I had wildly inconsistent results with it vs heavies. I see you had more success going for the head over the leg on the charger, I’ll have to try that. I’m curious if there’s a better way to kill the Titan. Even in ur video for some reason the first kill took way way longer than the second. Ohdough in his video test tried flaming the body instead of the tail, I wonder if that has the potential to be faster. I’ve killed a Titan by roasting the tail before but I’ve also had it take so long it didn’t die. Need to try the body or head to see if it’s faster or more consistent than the tail/lower belly.
I see they added an entirely new interaction with the flamethrower on chargers It now just pressure cooks them to the point where their innards explode out of them
When I first started playing helldivers 2 on somewhere on April I saw a guy using a flamethrower I loved it so I grinded and grind every day for it and when I got it was worth it it was amazing 🤩 but when they nerfed it I was thinking that my hard work was useless but when they buffed it I’m happy that my grinding was worth it again
Am i the only one getting very inconsistent results with the flamethrower and chargers? Tried pointing towards the head like pip did and it takes a lot longer. I have all ship modules too. Wth. Also if i stun the charger mid charge, when it becomes unstunned, charger will snap into a charge again.
the HP is the same, the amount of enemies is different thats why we test on lower so people can see the DAMAGE cause it is THE EXACT SAME on max difficulty as well

Kind of same story on bugs though, especially if a hunter manages to catch you during a reload and you get slowed. Shield backpack is almost necessary if you aren’t running med kit armor
I still prefer fighting bots but I will say the buff to overall dmg has me dying more often than I think I was to big headshot spikes. Fast firing things basically 1 shot you now even with heavy armor and no headshots.
@@VinhTran-yp4ym You can flame it as you are kiting around it, like when it stops and slashes at the ground. There's ways to do it, might not be the most efficient, but its fun to figure these things out.
the game was always too easy ma guy, this is one of the easiest games to complete missions anyway, at least NOW u dont have to always RUN to complete a mission, u can fight and have fun

And torcher, a primary weapon, has the same ap and very similar damage. Pairing the Torcher with the Machine Gun or Stalwart...
i think the torcher's durability damage is lower. When I tried using it against Chargers, it took forever
The torcher is the same durable (100%) pretty sure, it just has lower DPS by a decent margin. It is a prikary. Try cooking the butt instead.

yeah, I am definitely not getting such fast kills with flamer against chargers. It's pretty decent against Bile Titans oddly enough.

Enemies don’t have more health on higher difficulties. Just bigger swarms, more heavy enemies, and match modifiers
