This episode really exemplifies what I love about each of them. Willam is so great at focusing on the girls as individuals, as performers, as a persona. She gives great context to who the girls were at the time, and who they are now. The human interest side. Alaska is fabulous at the details, the history, the connections of all the pieces. Of course, this season is different since it's AS2 and she was present, but still. Her perspective and references always make me smile. Fabulous job, as always. I know it's been explained in other comments, but the Sarah Palin being from the state of Alaska and saying "I can see Russia from my house" reference has not aged well. The Adore "meow" on the other hand...love.

This was definitely the best season of drag race. There were no fillers in this cast unlike recent All Stars seasons. All Stars 7 is the only other All Star season without any fillers, but it's an all winners season. AS2 is the only All Stars season with a reunion.

They also aggressively push therapist's boundaries, the "24 hour access" to your specific therapist isn't something they can guarantee and something therapists are explicitly discouraged from doing BECAUSE of the negative effects it has on both clients and therapists.
