Thanks for this info. Didn't make any sense that they would implement a fix without testing it. But unlucky they suspected any issues would arise from a simple jump height change beyond obvious issues like jumping over obstacles.

Get four or five people in there and youre golden. Its a very enclosed area that the defending team rarely checks so nobodys really going to see you all in there jumping like maniacs Even if the point is being captured.

Here’s what you could do, get your engie in there to place either a dispenser or sentry (most likely the sentry cause it can fight back) and have that same engie stand on if so his hit box is in there
I can explain why they raised it! In the old 2007 version of the game there was a bug where crouch jumping let's you clip through ceilings and get stuck. This would allow you to cap the point!
It works on Gravel Pit underneath the A point too. These 2 bugs have been working ever since the game’s release since 2Fort, Dustbowl, Gravel Pit, CP_Well, Granary, and Hydro were the very first maps to exist in the game.
If you don’t remember, I told you about this in the discord LONG before you uploaded this. I hope they don’t fix it. It’s so funny to make the announcer say “alert!” over and over again for the red team and seeing their reactions in text chat. And also, this same thing is possible for Gravel Pit at the A point too. You have to get into that medkit room that’s right under the A point, then get on top of one of the barrels and do the same exact thing. These announcer spam exploits on Dustbowl and Gravel Pit have been working ever since the game’s release.

This is called a headbug if I recall correctly, you can find some on select jump maps like rickoconnell jump 2
It's also very obvious because of the global capture noises, so it might be effective for baiting people to enter that door blindly.
Instead of raising the brush height, the real solution would be to fix crouchjumping putting ur bounding box higher than it should be.
Valve doesn’t always like to fix things that way, though. An example is the minify spell displacement wall breaches

You can do this on Console TF2 by doing the quantum crouch glitch as Scout or as Engineer on a teleporter and keeping your head in the ceiling.
