I know that for a fact.
In my opinion, Miramax Films was a great "edgy" alternative thing to Disney, much like Touchstone Pictures.
I was disappointed on how Disney bought out Miramax to Paramount.
And now, they bought out 20th Century Fox. Ugh. So damn greedy.
