There's also a really helpful extension for note keeping called Post Notes. At first I thought it was dumb because its basically just a notepad in PP. But, super helpful for keeping notes within the project if you're on the go.

Some feedback for this specific video: make sure the audio levels are consistent. I noticed that going from one part to the next part in this video, the volume would change drastically.

If I have both 1080p/60 and 4k/30 sources, is it best to render out to 4k/60? The resulting quality and framerate seem ok. UA-cam accepts it just fine too and gives me all available sizes and framerates even though none of it is actually 4k/60.

Importing by "simply dragging and dropping your files from your Finder window (or My Computer if you're a PC user) into your Project" can cause issues, as any pro Premiere editor knows.
This is really bad advice!

Too much irritating.. First 5 Minits he just teach how to import and cut... This is too much.. Dislike it.
Maybe I'm too new to this... But this video was a bit of a snooze and difficult to follow along... Try again.
The Audio in this video is horrible.
If you really have to record a voiceover for several words because the original audio was crap, then at least fade all starts and ends in and out man. Otherwise you get these clicks like in this video, which are IMAO very annoying and stoped me from being able to watch this video any further.
