im so glad i found this..have the original santers album..im 59....it was a long time ago...then i bought a Triumph live vid from eastern Canada and rick was an all around top kick ass guitarist plus saw him play the keys if im not mistaken..i have been a guitarist since the age of nine...lots of live shows..but would kill to even be just a back up player and singer for your band would be awesome
Man, I remember the video to this song taped in a high school in T.O. (Western???) I taped it on Beta then transferred to VHS. Pretty sure if I pull them out and search I have it.
I still play the two Santers vinyl LP's I have. Great band and definitely under-rated. We had a front row table at the Elmo back in the early 80's. What a night!
One of my fave all time songs. Id have given a right leg to see this now. Saw these guys way back in 1983. Stunning band. Agreed, should have been huge like other canadian masters, coney hatch, triumph, aldo nova, wrabit etc....
Brilliant stuff......i remember having a cassette tape of Tommy Vance's friday rock show with this on it......still a great song (and band).....thanks for posting.

Sounds great! Memories of the Gas Works!
Ralph is hopefully enjoying life in retirement…best wishes to him. I worked with him 92-94 and 2013 until I left 2017 and moved west.
Damn I saw these guys in Toronto dive bar when I was 19, They were awesome!!!!!

Love this song and band.....too bad they weren't around longer.
Amazing sounding still , saw them in 1983 when they opened up for Priest.
Saw them 1983 in a small bar in Edmonton opening for Kim Mitchell. Price: $5. Still sounds great. Totally underrated 80's band.

These guys were a great rock band that never got the kudos they deserved! Wish these guys would tour the US!!!
Nice tip to Layla riff at 3:40.

A Truly Great Band!
One of my favourite songs ever by any band, such melodic chords and an AOR classic.
Love this band. Still do. Poor management and the clique poser AR guys blocked them.
Nice job. Boy that guitar was crunchy as hell down at the front.
Fantastic guys!! With each video I wish I'd been there more and more. Hope to catch up with you guys in T.O. next summer. *hugs*
3:40... Layla! cool. Rick kinda has an Alan Alda thing going on now.
santers definitely knows how to f'n rip it up...
if you ever want to jam bro..im your dude..serious
quite like that
Right Ralph?
Only a true fan could say that.
Now if they'd only do a Canadian tour...
The look has aged, but not the energy....keep it up, Rick!!
Knob Hill hotel.
Not a bad little band
