hello Dave , aigain some very interesting engine problem cases these newer downsized Jaguar diesel engines nown to be the JLR Jaguar/landrover 2.0 Ingenium euro 6 adblue diesel engines , these have as seen a very big dpf filter this engine has 2 timingchain,s at the rear / gearbox site located one for the camchafts one for the hd injectionpump these are common to fail other cases of wining noises can caused by failing rollerbearings from the 2 balance chafts that are in the engineblock , some time,s a leaking injector can cause such noises conrod bearing fail is also known if not maintained every year
Ok for your shop advise,I like.to follow.your ,diagnosis and.other things. I am a welder and mechanic, well here it is "I have some tips for you" the biggest mistake vehicle owners make is, "they don't let thier motors warm up ,inlive in a hot climate, just let you engines warm up before stomping.down on the gas " this will after some time cause the rings to prematurely wear, and cause the engine to use oil. Low.oil or no oil will cause a rod.knock.
I love the channel and always enjoy watching. Thank you for the amazing content. I also really want everyone to live long, healthy lives. Please consider getting rubber gloves, all those petroleum products can leach extremely carcinogenic chemicals into your body. That, along with all the nasty stuff in diesel exhaust (benzine, etc), it all causes some terrible cancers. I love all of what you’re doing, I just say that as a plea to keep everyone healthy. I’ve seen too many people get sick and die that way.
Dan love you're channel. I have hauled the same trailer you're getting into. Be aware of a couple things I observed. They are long, You have to watch the tailswing, especially when you're wheels are slid forward. Second when wheels are slid back, you will be catching curbs in cities with narrow roads and tight turns, especially with your long Truck. I know you are a great driver but that extra 8 feet makes a huge difference. It can get expensive. The dump.valve will help. One other thing is the gap between axles for tie downs will require added equipment, that you have. It offers versatility especially with ramps. Alot easier to throw straps and climb on. Good luck. Ron Dunham, Maine.

I am an ex auto body technician heavy collision I love watching your videos. From Hou Tx. Not too many shops like yours here.
Epic finally find your video on UA-cam epic video. Need more longer videos in the future. Gonna be busy catching up on the missed out older videos. You and Scotty Kilmer are honesty for life.
I could literally watch your channel all day long !!!
That Jag....... people just hate their cars don't they. Oil change?? That shop isn't gonna screw me on "unnecessary" oil changes. LOL
Seems like nice work environment ! Glad to see new blood interested!
hello Dave , aigain some very interesting engine problem cases
these newer downsized Jaguar diesel engines nown to be the JLR Jaguar/landrover 2.0 Ingenium
euro 6 adblue diesel engines , these have as seen a very big dpf filter
this engine has 2 timingchain,s at the rear / gearbox site located one for the camchafts
one for the hd injectionpump these are common to fail
other cases of wining noises can caused by failing rollerbearings from the 2 balance chafts that are
in the engineblock , some time,s a leaking injector can cause such noises
conrod bearing fail is also known if not maintained every year
😊 Dang that was a good pilot
Ok for your shop advise,I like.to follow.your ,diagnosis and.other things. I am a welder and mechanic, well here it is "I have some tips for you" the biggest mistake vehicle owners make is, "they don't let thier motors warm up ,inlive in a hot climate, just let you engines warm up before stomping.down on the gas " this will after some time cause the rings to prematurely wear, and cause the engine to use oil. Low.oil or no oil will cause a rod.knock.
Dr Dave making the morning rounds, just like my father in the hospital. funny corollary
Seems to be a great Atmosphere on this workplace!
Awesome team Dave, and you follow up on all the guys work
I love how you are part of your crew
Dave, your shop should be a model for the rest of the country. thanks for the videos
Man i wish i had a boss like dave. So knowledgeable, would have learned so much.
