See any of the deluxe belt kits for the group of parts for specific scooters, TOOLCCMV & TOOL62. The large nut need to take the clutch and pulley apart can be locally sourced. 46mm for most Vespa’s, 35mm for 2014 and later 3v 125-150cc motors and 50cc and 55mm for the Piaggio scooters that have engines 350cc and larger.

I've always done it by hand on my quasar 300. It's easier with two people. One to hold it and the other to pull the nut. Not much tension on the spring

I use my feet to compress the spring of the clutch assembly and works perfectly 😊

I did same thing rebuild the clutch I replace the spring & clutch shoes and regrease pins because all dry out! Mr. Robot I need a video show to replace shaft bearing because it shake a little!

What type of paint do you guys paint your engines with?

Just had a problem with clutch on my GTS the nut came loose not a nice noise.All sorted now cheers robot for posting.Lee in UK👍👍👍🛵🛵

Its only maintenance on rear pulley not clutch repair/dissasembly
As we see he only take of the pulley
But let clucth set behind

That's probably cause most people buy the entire clutch assembly for simplicity sake, cheap ones are $99 complete, fancy racing are $150+.
For such prices there's not much point in total clutch spring / shoe R & R.

Those prices are for Suzuki Burgman 400, I assume similar to others.
