How do you get the bottom strap to un attach from the cushion?
I pulled the entire canopy attachment to the chair out on both sides. it DID NOT come out like its shown here.

i just cant remove the canopy the way you did. All the plastic circle come off.

I don't see anything in the video about the grey Infant Insert. That's washable just like the black seat protector?
