    Japan Mens Team training in preparation for the 2017 World Championships, lifters featured in this video, in order of appearance: Mitsunori Konnai (69kg), Yoichi Itokazu (62kg), Takehiro Kasai (77kg), Hiroaki Takao (62kg).
    Some Highlights:
    Day 1 (Nov 25th):
    -Itokazu front squat 185kg (3:00)
    -Takao front squat 175kg (4:02)
    -Konnai snatch (panda) pulls 160kg (5:33)
    Day 2 (Nov 26th):
    -Itokazu snatch 120kg (9:24)
    -Takao hang clean pulls 170kg (12:10)
    -Itokazu clean and jerk 150kg (12:42)
    -Konnai power clean and jerk 150kg (13:36)
    -Itokazu clean pulls 180kg (14:25)
    -Konnai front squat 200kg (14:47)
    -Konnai back squat double 210kg (15:09)
    -Konnai behind the leg lift 70kg (15:22)
    Day 3 (Nov 27th):
    -Konnai power snatch 110kg (17:23)
    -Kasai clean and jerk 160kg (18:25)
    -Itokazu back squat double 165kg (19:56)
    -Takao competed on Nov 28th, Itokazu on Nov 29th, and Konnai and Kasai on Dec 1st.
    -This features most of the male lifters in the training hall for Japan. Toshiki isn’t featured, as his heavy training was featured in one of our first 2017 WWC training hall videos:

      those type of noises are pretty common once you start lifting heavy albeit the types of grunts varies person to person

      Aizen Kazama my guess would be an exercise to strengthen a weakness in his particular first pull technique assigned to him by his coaches.
