Hey I was talking about beats earbuds they are magnetic on the end

My buds won't go into pairing mode. The light will turn solid white and when I hold the button down for 5 seconds, the light just turns off. I have reset them multiple times and I read that after the reset they should automatically go into pair mode but they don't. There was a firmware update on them this morning as I haven't used them in a long time so idk if maybe the update didn't install properly and is not causing issues but without the ability to pair them to my phone I can't update them again.

Dawg, I honestly have no idea what I did. I pushed and held the two buttons on the buds along with the pairing button on the case for a few seconds. Then I closed it then opened it and the light started flashing. I could not tell you if that was the correct thing to do but it let me pair after holding it one more time 😹 These things are hilarious. Btw, prior to that, I made sure not to have any other device that connects to it on. Deleted it off my other phone just to be safe, not sure if that's what did it 🤷

@patrickcraig0219 I have done the exact same thing as you did! I didn't use the buds for a while, then I updated it, and then They can't enter in pairing mode, and the white light only fade and not blink. When I reset, then they dont go back to pairing mode.

Everyone I open mine it just blinks red and when I do press the button it still shows red, and the case is fully charged, what do I do then

the white light comes on then goes off. Never blinks. Can't seem to get it in pairing mode. All my other devices have the bluetooth turned off.
