This was really encouraging to hear another version of the Jen story--It is really helpful for me to hear that others who had TMS way worse than me were totally healed. There is so much hope!

"Pain is the brain's opinion of how much danger you're in" this quote is gold. Thanks Jen!

Great podcast; thank you for introducing a new podcast for TMS that is Christian based. ❤️

Good podcast, I found her on apple pod casts and will follow. So nice to find another Christian based healing show. As a side note, people often talk about fight or flight as a nervous system response to danger, but often forget about the freeze response. That is also a nervous system response and in my opinion, is the “last resort” that the nervous system activates to help protect us from emotional, physical and spiritual pain.

What is the name of the podcast about meditation and newage you were talking about?

I hope this is ok to ask, but how did you rule out an autoimmune disease like Ankylosis spondylitis? Every time I hear these things I wonder if the person has it. This part is a huge block for me. One person said I have that. Second said saw no signs. I am in Limbo and would like to start this journey with all doors shut. I find having to wait till next year to close this door frustrating.

It depends on the imaging - but taking “the pain test” on my website will help collect more evidence if it’s MindBody Syndrome.

@@ThoughtByThoughtHealing I did it. I will do it again but I felt my answers were inconclusive. Lol. I listened to your podcast with Dr. David Hanscom and found it interesting what he said about his colleague with AS. The thing he said is true that the symptoms are there, you show no damage, then five years later you do. So I show nothing radiologically right now. Do you advise potential clients in my situation to try and get in to see MDs like Dr Hanscom first before contacting you?
