Love Abraham Hicks teachings. About negative emotions, there is one awesome nugget of wisdom. When we feel off, yes we are misaligned - and also, that means that Universe or Source ( the word they are using) is thinking that we are complete and our thoughts are simply are not in tune with Source', that's why we feel negative emotions. This helps me a lot, every day. And after so many books that I have read, their teachings and attendance of actual workshop was truly life-changing. So, if you will ever think about attending one, I would definitely recommend it!

book recommendation-The book of John (bible) or The story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50. Joseph is the most amazing ancient literature around. Lots of themes that really hit home to anyone of any age. I definitely want to go to South Africa now!

I have no words to describe how amazing is the Vortex... I was looking for a book to read. I've read your book (which I have translated to French for my mom who doesn't speak english! That's how much I liked it!!), I've read Mastery of Love... but sth was still missing. And The Vortex is amazing. It's challenging and inspirational and puts things into a new perspective for me, which I needed. Thank you SO MUCH for the recommendation, it is helping a lot in only a few hours of reading. Great reminders and tips you are taking away from your latest book! Thank you so much for sharing. The point of focusing on negatives versus positive touched me particularly- my beliefs teach me that there are no bad/negative things, just the absence of good or positives. Just the same as darkness doesn't exist, not like a black cloud or anything. It's just the ABSENCE of light. So when we are submerged in negative thoughts, its more like there are no good thoughts in us. So I think viewing it in that light also is helpful because you don't feel like you are in an eternal battle of good versus evil.

Because we use natural light to film our videos and if the light changes then the video could be too dark or overexposed.

I love hearing about your time in Cape Town. It is a city on my bucket list for sure. I recently returned from visiting the San Diego area so I know exactly what you mean about how the coast and the mountains and the sunset just revive you and give you life. I'm a big of roobios tea, too! It mixes so well with sweet (tropical fruits and vanilla) and spicy (cinammon, clove, black pepper) flavors. A nice decadent treat is a chai roobios with coconut cream - yum!
