Guess what I have been practicing 5 minutes journal & gratitude for past 5- 6 years & that has brought an extreme positive change in my life
If I know I'll be out for the whole day or for many hours I always carry a portable phone charger. During long commutes I bring a book or my kindle...also my air pods to listen to podcasts, audible or songs. I like to carry a water bottle in case I start a coughing fit on the transit or feel thirsty. Like you I also tend to carry a notebook & pens or my journal book. Loving your videos lately Mimi!!
Why do kids constantly need snacks everywhere they go these days? I don't recall my mom ever carrying a medley of food around in her purse? I ate at home.
I don’t believe in snacking all the time, but after school most kids are very hungry and it’s normal for them to have a snack. At that point they haven’t eating for 3-4 hours.
My kids are teenagers now and I went back to a small purse. I really have nothing from them in there but I remember the diapers, pacifiers, toys and water bottles. Sometimes even shoes😂
