You did it wrong no seal goes on the outside they both go on the inside. The last guy did it right as per the manual,

Two seals on one side does nothing for the bearings as u can see when the 2 old seals had grease between them and the bearings were rusted and falling apart full of dirt

@@garagemcmatt I'm just saying that how Honda says, but they are going to end up full of and rust either way. I switched to delrin bushings easy in easy out nothing to rust or get dirt into

#head on the shelve, that is one nice looking swinger. I make a press with a threaded rod and a bolt, and a pusher, usually a socket.

You got to run them delrin bushings that’s the way to go there the best things for the 400s not to many people make them for the 450s thought but get ahold of je Honda and he’ll set you straight

Awesome video. I have a Raptor 660 swing arm I'm working on and my outer seals are almost melted on or like they are glued on. They certainly aren't coming off in one piece. I don't know of a good way to remove them and clean that up. Got any suggestions?

Try a gasket scrapper like the tusk brand ones you can get them on ebay. Or try to use some heat. Those gasket scrappers actually do a great job on scrapping gaskets too makes it way easier

I need to do this to mine, my swing arm bearings are seized and I can't get my swing arm bolt out that goes through the engine LOL I went ahead and bought a new bolt that's greaseable off a guy on Facebook that makes them I just need to get a bearing kit and probably some type of puller or slide hammer to be able to get the old bolt out because it's seized in there pretty good.

Bro! I just took out a stuck pivot bolt yesterday on a 450r I knew I should have filmed it but it took hours. If you can still spin the bolt which is what mine was doing then it's stuck to the spacer or sleeve I tried to get vice grips on the spacer but no luck. And cutting those hardened spacers is impossible with an air saw they are very tough I had to disconnect the shock and chain jack the quad up let the swing arm hang down then I was able to get a 3 inch cut off wheel on an extended neck grinder (harbor frieght $40) it fits without hitting the cases or swing arm good luck I hope you have patience
