Carmani McClain lacks discipline. His high school coach tried to put everyone on notice before he got to Colorado. This is why his high school coach was happy he was going to Deon because he knew coach Prime would give him the discipline he needed. Carmani told coach Prime he wanted to go pro one day so he could better his family’s situation. So if you want to go pro coach prime is going to find out if you really mean what you say.
A kid that lacks discipline is certainly not gonna find it in Boulder.

Cormani doesn’t understand the lesson that, “Wherever he goes, there he is”. He rejects coaching, correction, discipline & mentoring from men. He’s a Momma’s Boy and is going to do whatever he wants to do; when he wants to do it. Coach PRIME talked about coaching these young men from this specific family archetype last year. People rode him like a horse, but here we are. Cormani has uneducated, toxic people who’re advising him. He needs the structure and discipline that he was getting under Coach PRIME. It all boils down to the fact that Cormani thinks he too good to compete.
Cormani has a great deal of growing up to do.
He got his grades up because he knew he was leaving, and was suspended for smoking weed. They are also CP wouldn't let him dress out for the games for not doing right.

In college and NFL you are expected to show up to practice and meetings on time not reeking of weed. You are expected to watch film and study playbook. You can’t show up your first day of official practice breathing heavy, out of shape and puking in trash can. You don’t make a video of yourself driving your expensive car at night going over 100 mph. Then you cause an accident a few weeks later?
The playing time you get you get beat and don’t perform well because you don’t know plays. Your High School coach says he is not surprised bc Cormani was like that in high school.
He felt entitled and just played off natural talent. That is not enough in college.
His mom wanted him to play for Coach Prime and thought he could lead him down a straight path. Cormani took no accountability for himself. He wants to blame coaches and everyone else for his poor choices. Character flaw alert

CM couldn't take just blending in he want to be a star but it was to many stars and he just wasn't what he was in high school. You had travis to help him, but quite as it's kelp he smoked and travis separated himself from him. CM can't get out of his own way.

It gives teams a second chance to go after a player that they lost in recruiting or flipped last minute. Plus there will be kids that want playing time.

He chose not to take advantage of the resources available to him. I’m a new fan to college football mainly because of Coach Prime ace what he’s doing in Colorado. Before he took the job I was talking about how these young players weren’t being educated as they bodies were being used to enrich others. I see the pluses and minuses with these money deals and portal opportunities. In time it’ll balance itself out but the game has changed. Yes he’s used to being catered to but it’s time for him to grow up. Sadly his decision to not participate with his team an keep doing dumb stuff cost him. I see Coach Prime vision. Honestly the top 3 everybody says are favored aren’t the players usually featured on Well Off Media an Reach The People Media. These young men are keeping it fair an they’re still learning. Clicks brings attention which is what you want if you want those contracts that’ll take care of you for life. He’s gonna learn the hard way ace honestly if he doesn’t get his act together he’ll be lucky if he’s drafted into the NFL.
Me and my friends who played football always say football players are slow not mentally like slow slow but you have to be insane to hit 200-300+ pound Men lol

You are wrong. Coach gives tough love to his sons. One thing is they were raised right. Discipline, respect, grades matter, associations matter, character matters, working hard matter and he doesn't just hand out money like skittles. Being mad that Coach is a hands on father is just plain hating. Those young men love and respect their dad because he's earned it. They realize all eyes are constantly on them and everyone doesn't want them to be successful. They are like any other family that the parents and kids are high achievers. Hating them doesn't change the facts. They're good, decent people.

Colorado isn't set up like Alabama ,Georgia, Ohio St, Texas, and Michigan. It's a complete circus. I've been to several of their practices .I was asked to come in and help as a sports physician .There's a lot of problems in Colorado.
I’ve not seen any incredible evidence of Coach Prime’s wonderful ability to develop players. Travis Hunter certainly ended up in a lower position than he came to college in as far as DBs.
